If we don't have porters, will we need to carry all of our equipment day to day or do you have the duffel bag driven between hotels and all we require is a day bag? How much are the porters if we chose that option? If we changed to do a personal tour, what would be the price and what sort of flexibility and different things could we do because it was a personal tour? Do you expect it to be very wet and therefore recommend full waterproof outer layers?

If you don't have porter you have to carry all your belongings during trekking. You will only have a guide. If you hire a porter with us we will provide waterproof duffel bags where you can put all your stuffs and our porter will carry that duffel bags. You should only carry a small day bag where you will put your passport, water bottle and mobile or camera. It cost additional $150 for a porter who will carry two people belongings up to 25kgs during trekking. You can decide about the porter once you book before the trek and can pay porter bill at our meeting in Kathmandu before the trek. It would cost additional $75 per person only. If you do it private 2 person tour you can customize itinerary according to your preferences if you got any problem while trekking. Even more, you can trek in your own pace and take rest wherever you want. Weather in the mountain region is unpredictable and can change anytime. Therefore, it is recommended to carry raincoat or water resistance jackets for trekking.
