I would like to travel with a friend. Generally we make our own arrangements. Other TourRadar companies allow for me to book as a single person asking for a double room (i.e., assigning a roommate). This way the other person can do the same thing. Is this something you would consider?

Looking to book a trip to Egypt for 2 people. Price needs to include UK return flights from any of these airports (in order of preference) LHR,BHX,MCR,BRS. Must see destinations are: Abu Simbel, Alexandria, Aswan, Cairo, Giza, Luxor. Tour length 10-14 days.

We offer Egypt tours between 10 and 14 days that include Cairo, Giza, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel, with Alexandria available as an additional excursion. Please note that our tour packages do not include international return flights from the UK. You would need to arrange your flights separately from your preferred airport.

This one accommodates many of my priorities by including most of the optional activities. We need to be in Luxor for the total solar eclipse on Monday, August 2, 2027. I'm reaching out to confirm that this itinerary is not flexible as a change could ruin the ultimate purpose for our trip.

Unfortunately, we will not be operating any trips during the solar eclipse period in August 2027. Therefore, we are unable to confirm this itinerary for your travel plans.

What is the departure price from Edmonton (YEG) airport for April 9-19, 2027? I am not able to find departure cities. Do you have a toll free number?

The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

How much are the entry tickets for each daily itinerary? Would we have time to also purchase special entry tickets to Seti I, GEM Internal pyramid on the days we are at the locations? For add an additional day option for Old Cairo, would it be before or after the regular tour dates and could I also add an additional tour option for Sawa?

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day Nile River Cruise. Our tour also included 3 days in Cairo, which included a day tour to Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Musuem. We opted for an additional tour to Saqqara and Dashur which is absolutely worth doing if you can. The other day we had as free time and we used it to see some of Cairo Old Town. Overall we would really recommend this tour and were happy with how it was well organised whilst in Egypt and didn't encounter any issues or problems. Our tour guides were lovely and very informative. In Cairo we had an Egyptologist for our tours. He was incredibly informative.Show more

This tour is a great balance between price, quality, and services. From start to finish, we were looked after with professionalism and genuine courtesy. Egyptian hospitality was constant throughout the entire journey. The tour offers a good mix of attractions and relaxing time. The hotel was nice, although it is starting to show some signs of age and wear. The cruise boat, advertised as 5 stars, also shows clear signs of tiredness, but it still provides decent accommodation. During the sailing, the crew was excellent, and a special mention goes to the food, which offered a wide variety of options for every palate, from breakfast through dinner. Entertainment on board is quite basic. Be prepared for some very early wake-up schedules on certain days. Highly recommended extras are Abu Simbel and the Nubian Village visit. On the other hand, I would skip the Light and Sound night show, as it was not worth it in my opinion. A very special mention goes to our guide Hamad — “Thank you and goodbye!”Show more

The two tour guides were good but the whole organisation was a big letdown. We started off this experience by having an abusive tour operator who met us at the hotel. His attitude was very abusive and used foul language to get people in the bus. Although he was made to apologise, he only did this to keep his job. The boat cruise was good but the organisers let us down 4 days from the last day by letting us fend for ourselves without any tour guide. When they sold us this tour, they assured us that we would have their tour representative with us from start to finish. Not so!! We had no tour rep for the last four days and this was very upsetting. When we arrived in Luxor, we were just dropped off at the airport entrance and their representative just drove away, once again just leaving us on our own. Two of the three passengers in my group are 72 years and 83 years old and the lack of support that was given to us was very upsetting and disrespectful. We would definitely not recommend this operator and will lodge a formal complaint with the tour company, Tour Radar, once we return home. We will also lodge a formal complaint with the Egyptian Tour Agencies as no aged passengers should ever be treated as we were.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Beyond The Nile Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Beyond The Nile Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Beyond The Nile Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
