What time does the flight from Luxor arrive back in Cairo as we need to book international flights for the next leg of our trip now

The return flight from Luxor to Cairo time is subject to availability as it might be at 13:00 / 19:00.

Is it possible to transfer to Alexandria on the first day, staying two days there instead of just part of a day?

Could you please provide the price and description for all optional activities?

Can I give the eSIM card to my travelling partner even if I am the one booking the trip?

Could you confirm which flights are included? The first page of the brochure says 'return flights included' but the information only refers to flights between Cairo and Luxor. Could you also provide any information about the ship the cruise element will be on?

The package includes only domestic flights from Cairo to Luxor on day 4 and from Luxor to Cairo on the last day of the tour. The cruise is a 5 Star Standard Nile cruise (Full-Board Meals Included). All cabins have a private bathroom, air-conditioned and have a large panoramic ultra violet window. There are on the cruise a swimming pool, Gymnasium, Laundry service, Bar, SPA and restaurant. The Nile cruise will be M/S Reinassance or M/S Radamis or similar.

In that case I have to know exactly at what time and which specific location we have to be at the airport and also for the return flight going back home, what time will we be dropped there.

The accommodation starts on Feb 13th at 13:00 and ends on Feb 23rd at 10:00 am. Pick up from Cairo airport on the first day of the tour and drop off on the last day of the tour at Luxor international airport on the last day of the tour to catch your return flight to Cairo and the return flight might be at 10:00 am or 14:00.

I am considering booking a cruise with your company and would like some information about the airport transfer service. We will be two passengers arriving from different destinations, and I would like to understand how the airport pickup works in this case. Could you please let me know if it is possible to arrange transfers for passengers arriving on separate flights, and what options are available?

Please note that the package includes (one free transfer on the first day of the tour from Cairo international airport to our hotel) and (one free transfer from our hotel to Cairo international airport on the last day of the tour). Any other transfer (Pick up/drop off) will cost you 35 USD. In your case one transfer will be free and the other will cost you 35 USD.

Could you please clarify the Day 2 activities. ''option to take an excursion to Alexandria, a port city with real character and history layered throughout". Are these options for Free? Or do we have to pay extra for any of them?

Regarding Alexandria tour, it is an optional tour will cost you 125 USD per person, the tour starts at 07:00 and you will return to Cairo approximately at 18:30. The tour includes Lunch + Entrance fees + Tour guide + Transfer. During the tour you will visit: Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa + Alexandria Library from outside + Citadel of Qaitbay.

How much are the entrance fees? How much for kitty fee?

Entrance Fees: Approximately USD 165 per person, covering all regular sites included in your itinerary. Tips and Gratuities: We recommend USD 70 per person, covering tips for drivers and boat crew throughout the trip and that's good for tour groups to not tip in the daily basis. Tips for tour guides are not included and may be given at your discretion. Payment can be made in USD, Euro, Egyptian Pounds, or by credit card.

This tour was JAMMED packed so be ready to see EVERYTHING! We visited multiple temples, museums, ate amazing food, and I overall really enjoyed myself. I am not someone who travels at a fast pace and I feel this trip was a little fast for my taste BUT it was still very enjoyable. We had two really knowledgeable tour guides, but I will say I prefer Hameds style over Ahmeds style. Hamed gave us a brief but detailed overview of each location and allowed us enough time to explore on our own and take pictures/videos but Ahmed talked alot and we barely had time to ourselves to explore the different locations. The visit to the Pyramids and GEM was rushed. We had less than 2hrs in the GEM, Ahmed spoke for most of the time so I end up leaving the group and exploring on my own. If you're expecting more time at the Pyramids and GEM this portion will be disappointing. But once we switched to Hamed the style changed and we were really able to soak it all in. I will give this tour a 8 out of 10, and I would recommend it to others BUT i do want to point out that the initial meetings with Mohammed were less than desirable. He was extremely unprofessional and yelling at the driver in front of the group when we returned from the Pyramids. They were speaking in Arabic and we couldnt understand the language but the body language, hand movements and tone told us he was scolding the driver, and it was extremely uncomfortable to witness and im sure it was embarrassing for the driver. Also if you're paying anything with cash, bring crisp, clean bills. Everyone but Mohammed was pleasant with explaining the money needs to be in good condition in order for it to be received from the bank. He was tossing the money back to the ladies next to me and he didnt explain why until later. His demeanor was rude, low-key pushy AND to add to that... He used the N-Word when talking to two white ladies from Europe. I understand everyone's culture is different but I feel like the N-Word is universally known to be off limits and to add to that, he said it right in front of me, directed to THEM and I was the only Black Person on the trip. All of this happened on the first two days of the trip. So being honest, if Mohammed was the only person we interacted with on this tour, I wouldn't recommend it. He doesnt need to the person greeting anyone. He wasnt a pleasant person. But with that being said, we didnt let him ruin our trip. We met so many nice people along the way and enjoyed it. Oh yea. Always have small bills...you have to pay 20 - 25 Egyptian pounds for the restroom at many places lolShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Beyond The Nile Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Beyond The Nile Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Beyond The Nile Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
