I was very disappointed in the tour. It started out well when I had quite a few “chat” discussions with TourRadar to...
I was very disappointed in the tour. It started out well when I had quite a few “chat” discussions with TourRadar to book , review, ask questions and get information BEFORE the trip. It started to go south when I received information from an unknown operator named Greca. Then at the Lisbon airport I was unable to find our transfer person, who we found out left. We had the wrong tour, NOT the itinerary we had booked. Never heard of Europamundo. We had booked to go to Fátima and didn’t hear that we weren’t going until we arrived in Lisbon.Communication from TourRadar was non existent. Who was Greca? How did we get Europamundo? We had to make our own arrangements to get to Fátima. The only good thing was that we were reimbursed (at my request) for the cost of our own arrangements to visit Fátima. I appreciate that Tourradar did that. I still don’t understand the Greca and Europamundo connections that were very poorly communicated. I suggest that Tourradar not use them.Show more

Payment information

For tours departing after April 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Remaz Tours GmbH. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
