    Can you please advise of the name of the accommodation / s as we need it to book an extra activity on the 3rd night. We are hoping to do the field of lights and also a helicopter ride but don't think this might be possible to do both. Is there more info regarding what we need to pack given it is tents & hiking?

      You can book any activity you wish after 4.30pm on day 3 and pick up will be from Desert gardens as the tour guide can drop you off there. In regards to the packing, here a list for you.

      Thanks & what about for a helicopter ride on the morning of the 4/5 - where can I ask them to pick us up from? Where are we staying? We will then head on to the airport from the helicopter ride.

    what is the camping like? is this tent camps with cots? what does powered camping mean?

      On our 3 Night Uluru Adventure (Yulara to Yulara) you will stay in powered campsites, this means that there is power at the campsites for charging phones, cameras, lights etc (not within the tents). You would stay in twin share tents, with a camp bed and all bedding, linen and towels provided by us. The camps itself have hot and cold showers and flushing toilets which are shared with our guests of the campsite.

    Looking for a 3 or 4 day uluru trip that starts and ends in uluru flying in from Sydney. What time would pick up and drop off be on the 9/19 - 9/22 3 night uluru tour?

      Pick up from Ayers Rock Airport is at 2pm. Arriving at 1.50PM is a very late arrival, and the guide will wait only 20 minutes past pick up time (until 14.20). If flight is delayed or missed, you might miss tour's first day. The tour finishes on day 4 at around 9am.

    • For any tour departing before May 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Adventure Tours Australia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Adventure Tours Australia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
