Would it be possible for them to book the flight from Cairo to Assuan on their own? Would you be able to recommend any flight times? Furthermore, since they won't take the train from Cairo to Assuan they would need an additional night at the hotel. Could you provide a quote for a hotel night in Assuan? Since Guillaume will travel with his family could you kindly confirm that in all hotels and the cruise ship triple rooms with proper beds are available? Could you kindly provide us with the names of the planned hotels for all the destinations? Could you also advise how the transport from Luxor to Hurghada and to the other destinations will take place? Are there any activities that aren't suitable for children? Guillaume's daughter is 9 years old. Would it be possible to arrange a French-speaking tour guide? What would be the cost for this?

  Guillaume can absolutely book the Cairo-to-Aswan flight independently. We recommend departing on the morning of Day 3 before 12 PM. All accommodations, including hotels and the cruise ship, provide triple rooms with three comfortable, proper beds. Planned hotels include: Cairo: King Pyramids View Hotel, Aswan: CityMax Hotel, Nile Cruise: Blue Shadow or Le Fayan Nile Cruise, Hurghada: Jasmine Palace Hotel. All transportation will be via modern, air-conditioned private vehicles. All activities are family-friendly and suitable for a 9-year-old. Children of 9 will receive a 50% discount on the total tour price. We can arrange a French-speaking guide for the entire trip at no additional cost.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with Golden Egypt. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Golden Egypt will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Golden Egypt" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
