  On the day of the eclipse will we be travelling by train or bus? Or will we be able to view?

    On August 2, 2027, according to the standard itinerary, you would be traveling by bus.
    However, if you would like us to specifically rearrange and coordinate the itinerary around the Total Solar Eclipse, so that you are in the appropriate location at the right time to properly experience and view the eclipse rather than simply following the standard travel schedule, we can arrange this for you.
    The special eclipse arrangement requires an additional supplement of USD 1,500 per person on top of the regular tour price.
    For 2 adults, this would be a total additional supplement of USD 3,000.
    If you choose this option, we will adapt the itinerary and logistics specifically around the eclipse while making sure the rest of your tour runs as smoothly as possible.

    Please note that the exact hotels are confirmed closer to your travel date and are always subject to availability. However, based on our current operations, you can expect accommodations similar to the following:
    
    Cairo: Pyramids Spiritual Gate Hotel or a similar hotel
    Luxor: Opal Legacy Hotel or a similar hotel
    Hurghada: Serenity Fun City Resort or a similar hotel
    
    All hotels will be of the same standard as advertised in the tour, and if any changes are necessary, they will always be replaced with a hotel of a similar category and quality.

    Regarding the entrance fees, they are not included in the tour price. As stated in the Exclusions section of the tour, all entrance tickets are paid on-site at each attraction. This gives you the flexibility to decide whether to enter each site and also allows you to take advantage of any discounts you may be eligible for (such as student or senior discounts).

    The visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) typically lasts around 3 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore its incredible galleries and highlights with your guide.
    
    Regarding the pyramids, yes, you will have the opportunity to enter one of the pyramids if you wish. Please note that the entrance ticket to the inside of the pyramid is separate from the Giza Plateau entrance ticket and can be purchased on-site if you decide to go inside.
    
    Your guide will be happy to advise you on the day about the available pyramid options and help you purchase the ticket if you'd like to experience the interior.

    You mentioned that entrance fees are not included. Does that mean when we entering Luxor, Abu Simbel, Valley of the Kings, Grand Egyptian Museum, etc we have to pay first on site?
    
    Can we see the mummies in GEM? Should we pay extra?
    
    Just to make sure: the hotel in Cairo on 1st day is included. So you will pick us up at the airport on 23 Sep and drive us to hotel. The trip starts on the next day 24 Sep. Correct?

    Yes, that's correct. Entrance fees are paid directly at each site you visit, such as the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the Pyramids, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, and the other archaeological sites included in your itinerary.
    
    The Royal Mummies are not displayed at the Grand Egyptian Museum. They are located at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) in Old Cairo. If you would like to visit the museum and see the Royal Mummies, we can arrange it as an optional tour but you will need an extra day.
    
    Yes, that's absolutely correct. Your hotel in Cairo on the first day is included in the tour. We will meet you at Cairo International Airport on 23 September, transfer you to your hotel, and your sightseeing program will begin on 24 September.
    
    Yes, certainly! We can arrange a domestic flight from Hurghada to Cairo for you. The cost is USD 120 per person, and we'll be happy to add it to your booking if you decide to take this option.
    
    You can purchase an additional ticket to enter one of the pyramids. We usually recommend entering the Great Pyramid of Khufu, as it is the largest and most famous of the three. Although there are no treasures inside, it's a unique opportunity to walk through the original passages of the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World.

    A few days before your arrival, we will send you all the arrival details, including contact number of our airport representative. They will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall before the visa counters, holding a Golden Egypt sign, so you can easily recognize them. They will assist you through the arrival process and escort you to your transfer.

  We have a client interested in booking this tour for 2 people. They would like to extend their stay in Hurghada. We can see that an extra stay in Hurghada is available as an add-on during the booking process. However, it appears that only 1 extra night can be selected, while our client would like to add 2 extra nights. Could you please confirm whether the displayed price is for 1 additional night only? If so, we assume that 2 extra nights would be charged at double that amount. Could you also advise on the correct procedure to add 2 extra nights in Hurghada?

If you would like to add 2 extra nights in Hurghada, the cost would simply be double the amount shown for the one-night supplement.     At this stage it is still a bit early for us to confirm the exact hotel and Nile cruise names, as final allocations are usually confirmed closer to the travel date based on availability and sailing schedules. However, to give you an idea of the standard and category of accommodation, in Cairo the hotel will be in the , such as Locanda Museum Hotel or Pyramids Spiritual Gate (or a similar hotel of the same standard). For the Nile Cruise, we work with several well-rated cruises depending on the sailing schedule, such as Napelatne Nile Cruise, Renaissance Nile Cruise, or Semiramis Nile Cruise (or a similar vessel of the same category). For Hurghada, the stay is at Serenity Resort Hurghada.

    For Hurghada, the stay is at Serenity Resort Hurghada, and yes, it is an all-inclusive stay, including meals and soft drinks at the resort.
