Your flight will be confirmed 100 days before the departure date, once the airline releases the schedules for that period.

On December 22, you'll take an early morning flight to Aswan. On December 25, you will check out in the morning, then enjoy the West Bank visits in Luxor, finishing the touring program in the afternoon.

What are Gorilla Habituation permit and Chimpanzee Habituation permit? Are these mandatory? What are the estimated extra charges for each traveller?

Those permits are errors carried over from another tour. They are not applicable to your trip. The only extra charges are entrance fees for sites and temples mentioned in the Itinerary, approximately 80 USD per person.

  They only accept card for the entrance fee. The flight to Aswan will be around 6:30 AM and the tour in Luxor ends at 4:00 PM. The room has a window and you can book Abu Simbel one day before the assigned day. Cancellation requests require written confirmation. Cancellation fees vary based on proximity to travel date: More than 40 days before arrival: 6% bank transaction fee. 40-30 days: 25% tour price. 29-15 days: 50% tour price. 14-7 days: 75% tour price. 7-1 days: 100% tour price. Additional cancellation fees apply for domestic flights.

- For any tour departing before June 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with Golden Egypt. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Golden Egypt will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
