Dear Stephen, Thank you for bringing your input into our attention. We are delighted to hear that you had good experiences with our guides and coaches. We are very selective and strict when it comes to hiring our guides, and our company never ceases to invest as much as needed for the training of the guides to help them continue to improve. Please note that we cannot offer services that are not a part of our itinerary or optional excursions available on our website. However, we thank you for your recommendation to add more activities to our itineraries or optional tours, and we have forwarded your recommendation to the relevant department for consideration. We always provide a 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp number on the vouchers for our passengers, so they can communicate with us at any time regarding any issues they face during their tour. Unfortunately, we did not receive any contact from you while you were still on the route, hence we could not act upon your query in real-time. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not.
Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

More and more towns and entire countries in Europe are not allowing unvaccinated passengers to enter restaurants, shows, places and even hotels.

Due to the international health situation, a printed vaccination certificate as well as on your mobile devise is advised to bring with you along the tour, since it will be required in many European countries as a passport to access means of transport, museums, restaurants, breakfast rooms, etc. Remember that not having this certificate may complicate the development of your tour.

Europamundo is not responsible if you cannot enter a venue or carry out any activity because you do not carry this document. As well as the cancellation of services for not being able to enter a country.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2022

The tours we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your tour. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place on the tour is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.
