Regarding the overnight stay: please accept our apologies that you were accommodated in a smaller hotel. The Springlands Hotel was unfortunately fully booked on your arrival date, which is why we arranged an alternative. We understand that it did not meet the same standard, and we regret any disappointment caused. On the matter of the German-speaking guide: according to our booking system, this option was not selected in advance. For this reason, it was not reflected in the original arrangements. When you mentioned it at the briefing, we made every effort to provide a German-speaking guide at short notice. We acknowledge that the level of German knowledge and information provided was not fully satisfactory, and we sincerely apologize for that. Additionally, we would like to clarify that the package you booked was not the same as the one presented at the Springlands Hotel during the briefing. Because of these differences, it was challenging to adjust the program on-site without prior notice. We kindly encourage all our guests to ensure that any special requests are included during the booking process, so we can deliver the experience as smoothly as possible. Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Tanzania Wildlife Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
