It was a great trip and we really got to see a lot of Egypt. Of course, the trip was also strictly timed and sometimes exhausting, but it was all worth it. In Cairo we had Sara as our guide and she was really great. We then had Joseph on the Nile. The tour group was rather unhappy with him. He always seemed annoyed and rushed us and didn't always make sure that everyone was there, which was a shame. Otherwise, we always had a contact person from the tour operator who we could write to if we had any problems and who always took care of everything. The schedule was not always as described here. Of course, there can always be changes, but sometimes you were only informed about them very late, which is a shame because you want to be prepared for the day. But all in all, you are really well served here and get to see a lot of Egypt in a short space of time.Show more

Our tour was 14 days in Egypt. From the beginning they were always attentive to our requirements, to the flights for our arrival which despite the last minute changes were at the airport waiting for us and very attentive to our rest needs. We emphasize that it is advisable to go to the flight from Aswan with appropriate clothing, because on arrival the tours are made and then you enter the cruise and it is quite hot. -The cruise was very good with respect to the cabin, meals, drinks and kindness of the crew. -During the Nile tour we went to the Abusimbel Temple, it is an optional excursion but it is worth it even though it is a 2 hour trip. We went with the English speaking guide of the group but he was always attentive to us and upon arrival a Spanish speaking guide was waiting for us. At the Temple of Edfu, although the excursion was quick due to the departure time of the cruise, the guide gave us a lot of information and was very patient. Regarding the optional excursion to the Valley of the Queens, this time the tomb of Nefertaris is not available to be visited so it was not worth it and it turned out to be an expensive excursion for what we visited. -The hotel in Luxor surprised us for its charm and tranquility. -We booked the optional tour of the Temple of Dendera, which is a long trip but worth it. -Upon arrival in Hurghada (the trip is long but totally recommended) we stayed in an all inclusive resort which exceeded our expectations and if we had known we would have stayed more days. -Later we flew to Cairo and there we asked for a change of hotel which they did by listening to our request and fulfilling our expectations. -The trip to the desert, sleeping under the stars, was a different experience and totally recommendable, the Bedouin guide was great and very attentive. -Finally we did a tour of old Cairo, the garbage district, the market, we visited the Sultan's mosque and a complex of churches, a well organized tour and served us to see from another point of view Cairo. In general: the guides and drivers were excellent, the Golden Tour representatives Ihab and Mazin always attentive to our requests, adjusting the itinerary to our convenience and making the experience 100% enjoyable. We want to highlight initially the excellent team of guides and drivers as well as the organization and flexibility to adapt the tour to our requirements which made it totally enjoyable. From our point of view what could be improved could be: -description of the itinerary, such as travel times and schedules. -would improve if the contact form at the airports had a sign with the name of the person to be picked up. -provide information about what the next day will be like in advance so that the tourist can organize ahead of time without the expectation that one will have to consult constantly -Be clearer about what is not included, such as entrance to the temples. -Make sure that the optional excursions offered are enabled, as it happened to us in the Valley of the Queens that the Tomb of Nefertari was not enabled and therefore it was not really worth it.Show more
