  I was very impressed with this company. The tour guides I had, especially Tarik, was amazing. The sites I saw just kept getting better and better as I went along. The rooms were above par as was the food. I had one little incident on my travels and the company and guides were very supportive and so caring and helpful. I will definitely recommend this company.Show more

  Be prepared to have plenty of money with you as the activities that Fez Travel or the Guide recommend are totally over inflated. The guide we had ( Fatih ) spoke average English and at times rattled on. Many of the restaurants that we visited were great. The accommodation was good and the bus driver also was excellent. All the historical sites we visited were great but you have to really enjoy ancient history. Highlights for me were Gallipoli and the Mausoleum in Ankara. Fortunately the other people on the bus were great. Would l do it again? Probably not!Show more

We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the optional activities and your experience with the guide. Fatih is one of the guides who regularly works with us and has led many of our tours. Nevertheless, we take your comments regarding his English and communication style seriously. We value all guest feedback and have taken your comments into consideration as part of our ongoing review of the quality of our guiding services. Regarding the optional activities, these are operated by independent third-party providers. While we offer them to our guests based on our assessment of the experiences available locally, we have limited control over the prices charged by these providers. We understand, however, that value for money is an important part of the overall travel experience. Please also note that all such activities are entirely optional, and guests are always free to decide whether or not to participate. We appreciate your balanced comments about the accommodation, transportation, bus driver, historical sites and fellow travellers. We are pleased that these aspects contributed positively to your journey, although we regret that the overall experience did not leave you wanting to travel with us again. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We take your comments into consideration as we continue to review the quality of our tours and the services offered to our guests.

From the warm hospitality of the guides to the breathtaking views, every part of the tour felt thoughtfully planned. I especially loved exploring the ancient sites and local markets, and the storytelling throughout made the journey come alive. This tour gave me a deep appreciation for Turkey’s beauty and heritage.   The tourradar service was really efficient. We had booked the magic carpet tour to Turkiye by Fez travel. Gizem was very timely in her responses and great with communication during the entire booking process. Our tour guide Mr. G was very knowledgeable and also suggested very nice extra places that weren’t on the itinerary. The places we visited overall were amazing, rich in history and beautiful views, and the driver (I think Mr. Hafiz was his name) had a great deal of patience driving for long hours and making frequent stops for breaks. It was just my sister & I, and another couple in the group, and we felt extremely safe the entire time which was very important to us! It’s been 1 year now and I can’t wait to go back. That was a trip of a lifetime:)Show more

  The overall itinerary of the tour makes logistical sense, but I kept waiting for a more detailed itinerary than what is available when booking and it never came. I felt very in the dark about how the next day would unfold. I tried to book additional excursions before we left, but was told I would do that during our welcome meeting with our guide. During the welcome meeting our guide told us no we’ll book those as we go. So all of the add-ons (some of which ended up being more than the listed price) had to be paid in cash which would have been nice to know beforehand. Additionally, they accepted euros and dollars which also would have been helpful to know beforehand so we could have brought plenty of cash from home without paying atm fees. Our guide made several suggestions about slight changes and additions to the itinerary to make our experience better. All of which ended up being the right call. He and our driver did their best to cut down the time spent on the bus. Overall everyone seemed very capable and knowledgeable but there could be an improvement in communication before the tour begins.Show more

  Firstly I must say that I agree with the previous review left by Moira. My husband and I were actually on a group Easymade Turkey Tour. For our time in Istanbul we had the wonderful Can as our guide. He really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to give the best experience. We then became part of another group for the rest of our excellent tour. Our guide Goksu was very good, professional and looked after us very well but didn't join in socially with meals, photos etc. The extra Cappadocia balloon experience was amazing and is a must! We made friends in both groups and are planning to catch up with some in Canada and hopefully others in the UK next year. I want to thank the drivers as well who drove many hundreds of miles very safely.Show more
