  Our 'Best of Baltics' trip through Contiki really was elevated by the fantastic job of our trip manager. A very positive and fun attitude to travelling and new experiences while maintaining full professionalism. Knowledge of area, activities, dining and nightlife were beyond expectations. She also found interesting cultural events we wouldn’t have known about for us to get involved in!Show more

  It was great fun, we had the option to do lots of activities but also the option to skip something and cool off for a bit which I valued. We had a nice small fun group that could easily split apart for more niche activities or partake together.Show more

  The guide (Rianna) was fantastic and so knowledgeable. She really cared about our group and wanted us to have the best time. She also had great suggestions for restaurants and fun activities in each city. The only thing I’d change is the length of the trip, each stop should be 2 nights.Show more

  Rianna is amazing! She is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had. She is so full of enthusiasm, professionalism and kindness. Every time I had a question about something, on the rare occasion that she didn’t know the answer, she would always go out of her way to do some research and tell me later on. She was so knowledgable of all the places we visited and I learnt so much from her! We had a problem on our trip while walking to our dinner, where someone had collapsed in the street, Rianna (leading the group) quickly saw this, turned the group around and found an alternative route so people didn’t have to witness it. Her quick thinking showed how caring and respectful she is and it was like she knew the city like the back of her hand from how good her alternate route was. Not only is Rianna such a lovely, caring, enthusiastic person, she was also incredibly fun. She was always having a laugh with us, cheering us up with her jokes on long travel days when everyone was tired and miserable, coming up with fun games for us to play so we could all bond as a group and most importantly finding cool and exciting new places we could explore in our free time. Rianna’s free time activities that she went out of her way to research and recommend to us are some of my favourite memories from my tour with her. I can’t think of a single person I’d rather have spent my tour with other than Rianna, she truly is a diamond.Show more

  Rianna was a great tour guide. She always had a smile on her face and was very friendly and helpful. She had a good knowledge of all the countries we went to and she was always researching further information to bulster her knowledge. She was always readily available if needed and gave us amazing suggestions for places to visit, eat and drink. She was more than willing to socialise with us and she just felt a part of the group. Planning and execution was excellent throughout the whole trip, it all went seamlessly with no hitches. Couldn't recommend Ri highly enoughShow more

  What a trip of a lifetime, touring with Ri you can’t go wrong the knowledge and love that you feel being on tour with Ri is out of this world. I have done over 10 tours with Contiki and G adventures and it’s hard to find a tour manager that is this good !Show more
