Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, and we understand your frustration with the issues you encountered during the tour. We apologize for the hotel locations not meeting your expectations and for the behavior of some of the tour guides. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we will address these concerns with our local partners to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for future travelers. We also regret that the last two days of the tour felt like a waste of time due to long drives and uninteresting stops. We understand how important it is for the journey to feel worthwhile, and your comments will be taken into account as we review the itinerary and make improvements where necessary. Your suggestions regarding group size and daily schedules are helpful, and we will work to improve communication with both drivers and guides to ensure that everyone is informed about the day's activities and distances. We deeply value your feedback, and we're committed to using it to improve our tours.
