Very Disappointed!! First - most hotels were either at bad area or remote locations. Aggressive tour guides, we had a couple of nice lady tour guides, but others either lured us to a very expensive restaurant and ordered something not on the menu, or took us to a gift shop owned by families or friends...The last two days (7th and 8th day) were completely waste of time, hours of driving or stuck in the the traffic, nothing to see or worth the stops until we arrive at the hotel. My suggestions - I suggest to get some information about the group size, my just 3 people (me and another couple), that was totally unexpected. Also I hope the driver will tell us something about the daily schedule each morning, like where and the directions we are going, how long and the distance to the next stop. The driver we had sometime drove hours to pick up the guides or just kept driving until we ask how long, how far....I don't think anyone will remember the itinerary although it was pre-provided. Anyway, it's not worth it.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Encounters Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Encounters Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Encounters Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
