A nice tour to get a first impression of India. You will quickly realize that there is much more to discover. Unfortunately, I missed a part of the trip due to flight cancellations, but this was not the fault of the agency. It is always great when a trip runs smoothly, but in such moments the true benefits and quality of a travel agency becomes apparent. Here Mr. Amit did a great job, on the one hand to bring me safely and quickly back into the program, also through possible adjustments so I could still have a varied trip. Also excursions at my request were spontaneously integrated into the program at my expense. I think the agency is really trying its best to meet the wishes of the guests. Even with questions before or during the trip, direct contact was almost always immediately possible. Personally, I would have preferred that entrance fees were included or that you could transfer the money for them in advance, because I don't like to carry cash. But this is a personal taste. Overall, the trip was very well organized and I was well looked after. Thank you very much for the good care and help.

Overall well organized. Just on negative point about safari in Bandhavgarh. We had hight expecations there and were very disapointed that the safaris we had were only in the buffer zone. Really nothing to see. Pench and Kanha were good. Extra congratulations for the driver. Very professional, he did an outstanding job.

Overall, the itinerary was smooth and well organized, with good service quality. Most of the hotels and transportation were stable and reliable. However, some hotels could improve their cleanliness and maintenance. After Jaipur, the same driver handled the remaining itinerary. There were a few instances where parts of the schedule were not followed as planned, which was a bit disappointing. That said, whenever we reported issues to the organizer, they responded promptly and handled them well, which we appreciated. Thanks for the overall arrangement—it made our trip smooth and enjoyable.
