Auckland to Rotorua
Head south from Auckland toward Rotorua with a stop at Waitomo Glowworm Caves along the way. Once you're there, you'll take a boat through the underground caverns where thousands of glowworms create this incredible light show in the darkness above.

- Day 3
Rotorua
Spend the day around Rotorua checking out the geothermal areas. You can walk through bubbling mud pits and see the colorful thermal pools, or if you're up for it, do some whitewater rafting instead. Later that evening, head to a Maori village for traditional ceremonies, a Hangi meal cooked in the ground, and cultural performances.

Rotorua to Wellington
Travel across the North Island watching the landscape change as you go, heading toward Wellington, the capital. You'll arrive with enough time to get settled into your accommodation.

Wellington
Start with an orientation walk alongside your CEO to get to know Wellington's relaxed but energetic vibe. After that, the day is free, so you can explore however you'd like, whether that's museums, shops, or just walking the waterfront.

Wellington to Kaikoura
Fly down to the South Island and travel to Kaikoura, a coastal town famous for its marine life. You'll make a stop at a local winery on the way for tastings.

Kaikoura to Hanmer Springs
The morning is yours in Kaikoura. You can either go whale watching to spot giant sperm whales, or jump into the water to swim with wild dolphins if that appeals to you more. Later in the afternoon, you'll head to Hanmer Springs where you can soak in the hot springs to relax after the drive.

Queenstown to Tekapo
Travel north through the South Island's interior toward Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park. In the afternoon, you'll hike through alpine scenery and stop at the Visitor's Centre to learn about Sir Edmund Hillary. Then continue to Tekapo Village for the night.
