Itinerary
- Day 1
Venice
You'll arrive at the airport and take a boat transfer to your hotel. After checking in, start walking through Venice on your own. The Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, the Bridge of Sighs, and Doge's Palace are all on your route. You can move at whatever pace works for you and take in the canals as you go.

Murano, Burano, Torcello Islands
Following breakfast, use your 24-hour vaporetti pass to head out to the lagoon islands. You'll travel to Murano, Burano, and Torcello by water bus, checking out the local handicrafts and history at each stop. The boat pass lets you come and go on your own schedule throughout the day.

- Day 3
Vatican City
You'll need to get to Venice's train station yourself and then take the train to Rome. Once you arrive, walk through Vatican City at your own pace. St. Peter's Basilica and St. Peter's Square are included. The Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel require separate tickets you can buy there if you want. Climbing the dome costs extra as well.

Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill
Your skip-the-line ticket gets you into the Colosseum, where you can see the ancient amphitheater built between 72-80 AD. The same ticket covers the Roman Forum and Palatine Museum for the next 24 hours, so you've got flexibility to explore these sites whenever you want during that period.
