Do you offer the see you getting air fares or is that strictly up to us

Yes, we do offer to book roundtrip airfare and if airfare is booked with Collette the transfers are included and no cost, as well as door to door pickup if gateway is in range.

I'm interested in learning more specific details about the Sound of Vienna add-on. I've been reading reviews about the event, and they're mixed. I'm assuming our seats are not assigned or blocked off. How early will we get at the venue in order to secure good seats? Is the "concert" 3 hrs or is the total time queuing, watching, and returning to our hotel 3 hrs? Is the night of the Sound of Vienna concert on the same night when we would have our only night to see the Vienna Christmas market at night?

We do actually have seats reserved before the group arrives. They are very good seats in the front, and because they are reserved in advance, we never have to worry about getting there earlier. The total duration given is for the full experience including the group travel time. The concerts starts exactly at 8:30PM, and if someone or a group arrives 1 minute after that time, they will have to wait until the first performance ends in order for them to open the door. This is part of the built in culture of German / Austrian / Swiss punctuality! The concert will last 2 hours. Half-way through there is an interval of approximately 10 minutes. During this break our guests have 1 flute of Austrian sparkling wine, a glass of orange juice, or mineral water included. We get these tokens upon arrival, and we hand 1 token to each of our travelers before they take their. An explanation is also provided for how to proceed during the interval. Travelers can enjoy the Vienna Christmas markets the day before since there is leisure time built into that evening for their own explorations. The Tour Manager will be on hand to help you coordinate and understand the most important details.

Do children pay the full adult fee?

Our child ages are 5-12 at the time of travel. If they meet this age range the rates are 2199 for both adults and 1899 for the child.

Is there a single supplement option on this tour?

Yes, we do have singles available for this tour date. The single is pricing at $2,499.00 USD.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
