    Actually we have a few people together, not only one. I didn't choose the number because I don't know how many yet. It could be 2, 4 or 6. Because there is no age limit for your 14-day Balkan trip, we might join that plan. It will be next year. So if we have more than 2 people, is there a limit for the age?

    If you are traveling with companions—whether in pairs or as a group of 2, 4, or 6—there is no age limit for joining the 14-day Balkan trip. You are welcome to join as long as you're comfortable with the itinerary, which includes walking and some longer drives between destinations. We'd be happy to have you on board next year!

    The deposit amount is $150 per person. The deposit payment will be lost for cancellations until 60 days prior to the tour departure date. Within 60 days of the departure, cancellation fees increase incrementally starting from 70% of the tour fee.

    Can you clarify the cancellation policy? If I cancel 61 days before departure, will the deposit be returned? Also, is it possible to change the departure date instead of canceling?

    Cancellation policy details: 60 days or more prior to departure, deposit is retained. 59-30 days 70% of tour fee is forfeited. 29-15 days 85% of tour fee is forfeited. 14-0 days 100% of tour fee is forfeited. Tour date changes: Within 60-30 days, $25 amendment fee per person. Within 29 days, changes are at Travel Talk's discretion.

  My wife is 52 years old and I am 68 years old, but I am very healthy. I run 10 kilometres every day and do anaerobic exercise. We go abroad twice a year. We have been to 52 countries and used to kayak in Antarctica. We would like to join this group. Please consider it.

    Unfortunately, access to the interior of Peles Castle is not possible due to restrictions in place. However, we will still have the opportunity to admire its stunning neo-Renaissance architecture and scenic surroundings in the Carpathian Mountains. Yes, you will be going inside Corvin Castle as part of the visit. Regarding Brukenthal Palace, it is part of the Sibiu sightseeing tour, but there is no mention of going inside.

    Your dates are Sat 24 May 2025 - Sun 8 Jun 2025. Unfortunately we do not have extra discounts or coupons to add to the offer already applied to your booking. All hotels may not be air-conditioned yet in May. Most hotels switch to air-conditioning in mid-June/July to August.

    Could you also let me know what arrival/departure times should I choose for my flights? I see that the airport transfer is not mentioned for the last day. Is that a missed detail?

    On arrival at the hotel around 7pm, have an informal welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travellers. Check in is at 2pm therefore you can arrive any time between. At the end the tour ends around 6pm, therefore you can arrange a flight after 9PM.

    Please also confirm regarding the Sofia airport drop. Does the trip end directly at the airport?

    The airport transfer is not included at the end of the tour. The tour concludes in Sofia, in front of the hotel Novotel. Therefore you will need to arrange it independently.
