will i be allowed a big suitcase as i shall be travelling from india

We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. Heavy luggage is not recommended for the health of the CEO, who will take a lead in loading the storage trailer. Due to space in the trailer, we will not be able to accommodate more than one piece of main luggage per person. A good size day-pack (20-35L) is also essential to carry your personal gear for the day, as access to luggage between destinations will be limited.

Concerned about cancellation. My mother is very elderly and if she gets ill, I would need to cancel.

Below are our terms and conditions so you can consider if you would like to proceed with booking: Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

The trip was wonderful because I enjoyed every day on this trip. The itinerary was well planned and the sights were stunning. Wish I could hike every day though. But because of the short time we had, there were a couple of driving days. Even with those days, it was still interesting either because we made interesting stops or things to do. Our guide Raene was a good leader who was caring, responsible as well as flexible. It was a great trip!Show more

Lots of confusion between tourradar and G adventures communication was poor, we were told our checklist info was incomplete when it was complete and when we inquired we got message that our checklist was indeed complete and at the time of the tour, g adventures said it wasn’t complete.. so that’s confusing and going through tour radar to get messages to gad entire group seemed to cause confusion for tour radar. The country is beautiful. The group was great. The food choices were monotonous and not especially healthy - fast food from grocery stores and tex mex. The tour guide, while excellent logistically, calm, pleasant and able to take care of our flat tire, his knowledge of the area and history, folklore and science of the area and is not up to the level of tour guides I'm used from other tour companies that use locals who live in the area we're touring. Hotel accommodations were ok.Show more

The trip was great, well planned and a great experience. Zach was great in providing information and options on each days activities., and you could choose based on your level of fitness. And luckily the group had multiple ages so everyone fit in somewhere. When Antelope canyon was closed due to rains and flash flood warning, he called Gadventures and they provided a free dinner and took us the pink coral sand dunes which was so much fun!Show more
