We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. Heavy luggage is not recommended for the health of the CEO, who will take a lead in loading the storage trailer. Due to space in the trailer, we will not be able to accommodate more than one piece of main luggage per person. A good size day-pack (20-35L) is also essential to carry your personal gear for the day, as access to luggage between destinations will be limited.

Concerned about cancellation. My mother is very elderly and if she gets ill, I would need to cancel.

Below are our terms and conditions so you can consider if you would like to proceed with booking: Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

Staff: 1 CEO (Chief Experience Officer) throughout. The tour starts and ends in Las Vegas, international flights are NOT included.

We only offer group tours and not private tours. The maximum number of travellers on this tour is 13 travellers. We also have set departures, for end of April we have Fri, 25 Apr - Thu, 01 May (on request, limited availability).

Is airport pick-up and drop off included in the Best of Utah & Arizona National parks?

Airport transportations are not included in this tour, nor offered. We recommend a shuttle bus or a local taxi upon arrival.

If we want to arrive one day earlier and leave on April 12, how much the reservation for this hotel for 2 nights will cost thru you?

Extra nights would be $100 per room per night.

Where is meeting point and at what time on April 4, 2025? Will the tour end on the same location on April 10?

Day 1 (4th April) you would meet at the starting hotel, Golden Nugget Las Vegas, by 11am. This tour ends in the same place.

Is airfare included in the price? If not, do you offer to make flight arrangements? What time does one need to be at the meet up place at the start of the tour?

Unfortunately international flights are not included the tour price (unless there are flights during the itinerary). These need to be arranged independently. Most tours have no activities on day 1, other than a welcome meeting in the evening. Your flight must arrive by or before: 12:00 on Day 1 Your flight must depart no earlier than: 17:00 on Day 7

The tour guide, while excellent logistically, calm, pleasant and able to take care of our flat tire, his knowledge of the area and history, folklore and science of the area and is not up to the level of tour guides I'm used from other tour companies that use locals who live in the area we're touring. And luckily the group had multiple ages so everyone fit in somewhere. When Antelope canyon was closed due to rains and flash flood warning, he called Gadventures and they provided a free dinner and took us the pink coral sand dunes which was so much fun!Show more
