- Day 1
Perth
You'll arrive in Perth and connect with your Travel Director for a tour of the city. Start by checking out the art galleries, then head to Kings Park and Botanic Garden, a sprawling 400-hectare space overlooking the Swan River. You'll see native plants and seasonal wildflowers around the Anzac Memorial. Gather with the group for dinner this evening.

- Day 2
Perth to Geraldton
Head north to see two natural wonders. At Yanchep National Park, an Aboriginal guide shares Dreamtime stories and leads hands-on activities like tasting native bush tucker and trying the didgeridoo. After that, drive to Nambung National Park to see the Pinnacles, limestone structures reaching up to 3.5 metres high. The day ends in Geraldton where you'll visit the HMAS Sydney Memorial honoring sailors lost in WWII.

Geraldton to Monkey Mia
Travel south to Kalbarri National Park and take in views from the Kalbarri Skywalk above the Murchison River Gorge. If you're visiting during wildflower season (roughly August to October), acacia and banksia will be blooming. Continue on to Monkey Mia, where you'll stay for the next two days.

Monkey Mia
Get up early to watch wild dolphins swim close to shore at Monkey Mia. National Park Rangers will explain the dolphins' feeding habits and introduce them by name. After that, have a leisurely breakfast overlooking the bay. The rest of the day is yours to do as you please, whether that's exploring the area or relaxing at your accommodation.

Landmarks Monkey Mia - Day 5
Monkey Mia to Carnarvon
Drive to Hamelin Pool to see stromatolites, living fossils showing what life looked like 3,500 million years ago. Continue through Shark Bay, Australia's largest World Heritage site with over 1,000 kilometres of beaches. Stop at Shell Beach where white coquina shells create the entire landscape, piling up to 10 metres deep. Finish in Carnarvon to visit the Space and Technology Museum with its interactive exhibits and space suit displays.

Carnarvon to Exmouth
Take a glass-bottom boat cruise at Coral Bay to see turtles, colorful coral, and roughly 500 fish species without getting wet. An on-board naturalist will guide you through this UNESCO World Heritage site. The waters here attract whale sharks (the world's largest fish) between March and August. Later, head to Vlamingh Head Lighthouse to admire the coastline before settling into your hotel in Exmouth.

This full free day at Ningaloo Reef is yours to plan. You can join an optional snorkel tour with an ethical operator where you might encounter whale sharks and humpback whales (March to August). Karratha to Tom Price - Karijini National Park
Venture into Karijini National Park, Western Australia's second-largest at 630,000 hectares. With a knowledgeable guide, you'll explore red escarpments, quiet gorges, and tall gums. The area holds billions of years of geological history. You'll discover hidden waterholes perfect for a refreshing swim as you navigate this vast landscape and see the enormous termite mounds.

Tom Price to Port Hedland
Drive through the Pilbara's otherworldly landscape with red soil and dramatic rock formations. The terrain resembles Mars in some spots, glowing in the sun with mineral-streaked rocks. You'll pass through sparsely populated country until reaching the town of Port Hedland.

Landmarks Pilbara region - Day 11
Port Hedland to Broome
Skirt the edge of the Great Sandy Desert with flat, expansive vistas before reaching Broome. Explore the city's restaurants, Chinatown with its colorful streets, and learn about the local pearling history. Head to Cable Beach, a 22-kilometre stretch of sand where locals gather for sunset. The white sand and clear waters make it one of Broome's signature experiences.

Broome
