Unfortunately, we don't have any departure date on 30 May. The nearest departure date that we have is 13 May.

I am looking for a trip to Japan or Borne for the first two weeks in April, I have to be back in Australia / Melbourne on the 20.4. I found one but that is booked out unfortunately. Let me know if you have anything available.

We are unable to go ahead with the 8 April departure date due to the insufficient number of passengers. However, we would like to offer you alternative options: 9 Day Highlights of Japan with Hiroshima - 09 April and 15 Day Discover Japan with Hiroshima - 07 April.

Ok with Extra suplement for being one. About dates i have this period available: from 23rd march to 7th april

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange shared rooms between travellers who do not know each other. As such, a single room is required for solo travellers, and the single supplement would apply. If your client would like to avoid the single supplement, they would need to travel with a companion.

I would like a tour that includes Cherry blossoms, staying in traditional houses

If you join any of our tour during March and April, there are high chances that you will see Cherry Blossom in every corner of Japan. Regarding the accommodation, unfortunately there is no night staying at the traditional Ryokan, as we only organise Western style hotels. However, all of our accommodations are comfortable, clean 3-star hotels that are conveniently located near the city centre.

We are looking at triple sharing room. Can you send me a quote. Also can you confirm if this tour is still happening or is it cancelled?

Unfortunately, due to insufficient numbers, we are unable to proceed with the departure scheduled for 25 March 2026. We would like to ask if you would be able to join the same tour departing on 11 March 2026 instead.

The tour we are looking at is during Sakura season - will we be in areas that the cherry blossoms are abundant?

Cherry trees are widely planted throughout Japan, and the itinerary includes several well-known blossom viewing areas such as Osaka Castle Park, Kinkaku-ji in Kyoto, and the Mt Fuji region. In addition, there is a free day in Tokyo, which gives you the flexibility to independently visit locations that are especially popular for cherry blossom viewing.

Would it be possible to get an all in price including the flights for this tour please.

As this tour package is a land only package, we are unable to arrange air ticket for you.

I need to know which Tokyo airport you transport me to first departure. Also do I book that flight on April 17th? I thought 10 days would be the 18th????? Can I talk to a person to book flights? I need more information on the insurance policy purchased.

Travel bookings were well organised and hotels choses were of excellent quality. Tour guide was excellent. Happy spoke good English and interacted well with the group. Only one bit of feedback. After payment was made we receive nothing but a receipt. Communication needed to better. We had to enquire weeks later about the process and timing for receipt of flight and tour documentation.Show more

I think you could plan a better itinerary using ChatGPT instead of paying for this tour. I think majority of the 8 and half day trip was wasted in Osaka, Hiroshima, and Kyoto; leaving barely anytime in Tokyo. Also, the only hotel I would consider even being close to a 4 star hotel was the Ala Hotel Kyoto. The Odysis, Oriental Hiroshima, Mutoso Phoenix, Hotel It, and Hotel Metropolitan were not very clean. Moreover, Hotel It charged customers for amenity items such as if you needed cotton swaps, toothbrush etc. And Hotel Metropolitan, refused the use of a luggage trolley unless you paid a fee because my reservation was made by Tomato!! I would also like to add that the tour remove the mention of “arrival pickup” from KIX airport because it is misleading. It is basically someone meeting you to show you, after a long flight and horrible experience at KIX in long confusing lines, which train to drag all your luggage onto to get to your hotel. Unless the Tomato makes adjustments to this tour, I would not recommend it!Show more

Not all hotels were in the center of things, would be my only suggestion but overall great value for the price. Just make sure that you want to "see" Osaka, the geisha district in Kyoto or Tokyo that you make additional tour arrangements. These areas are not included on this particular tour. Sadly our interpreters English was poor and our small group of 4 had difficulty understanding her some times, however she was a lovely Lady as well as our Mini-bus Driver.
