Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Iceland
Your guide meets you right at the airport to start your Icelandic trip. From there, you'll head straight to the Blue Lagoon for some time in the warm, mineral-rich waters to relax after traveling. You can try the silica mask, use the sauna and steam room, and there's a complimentary drink included. Later in the afternoon, you'll travel to your accommodation near Borgarnes.

- Day 2
Golden Circle and Geothermal Wonders
Today focuses on Iceland's famous Golden Circle route with several key stops. At Þingvellir National Park, you'll see where the tectonic plates meet and learn about Iceland's parliament being founded there in 930 A.D. Next, there's a stop at the striking blue Brúarfoss Waterfall before heading to the Geysir Geothermal Area where Strokkur geyser erupts roughly every 5 minutes. You'll finish at Gullfoss Waterfall, which is fed by Iceland's second-largest glacier. If you're interested, there are optional activities like a snowmobile tour or dog-sledding adventure available. You'll stay near Hella for the night.

- Day 3
South Coast Waterfalls and Black Sand Beach
You'll travel east along Iceland's south coast to see some dramatic waterfalls and landscapes. Starting at Skógafoss, a powerful 60-meter waterfall with stairs that let you climb for panoramic views. After that, you continue to Seljalandsfoss where you can hike behind the falls for a unique perspective. Then you'll stop at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach to see the towering basalt columns and watch the Atlantic waves crash against the shore. During summer months, you might spot puffins nesting along the cliffs. Optional activities include a glacier hike on Sólheimajökull or visiting the famous DC3 Plane Wreck if those interest you. By evening, you'll reach your accommodation near Vik.

- Day 4
Reykjavik City Tour
This day covers Reykjavik's main attractions with a city tour. You'll start at Perlan's iconic glass dome for 360-degree views of the capital. From there, you can visit the historic Höfði building where Reagan and Gorbachev met in 1986. You'll see Hallgrímskirkja church with its distinctive basalt-inspired architecture, then walk through the Old Town around Parliament Building at Austurvöllur. For optional activities, you can do the Wonders of Iceland experience at Perlan, take a 3-hour whale-watching cruise, or join a Northern Lights cruise if you're visiting between September and April. You'll stay in Reykjavik throughout.

Departure Day
This is a free day before your flight home. Use the time however you'd like, whether that's shopping in Reykjavik, catching any activities you might have missed, or simply taking it easy before heading to the airport.
