Dear Valerie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind words about our guides. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the 10-day tour. We would also like to clarify that this tour is designed as a shared group tour, meaning that transportation and the services included in the itinerary are shared with other guests rather than provided on a private basis. This is outlined in the tour description, as well as in the detailed day-by-day itinerary and instructions provided to our guests. We are sorry to hear that you missed the itinerary information sent by email. We were under the impression you aknowledged the information as you replied to that email at the time. We understand that it can be difficult to keep track of travel-related emails, especially when receiving many messages, and we appreciate your suggestion and we will certainly take this feedback into consideration, as well as your other recommendations. We hope that you had a wonderful time exploring Iceland and that you returned home with many great memories. Thank you again for traveling with us!
