  All good other than tour geared to South Americans with Spanish and Portuguese speaking fellow travelers. Only a handful of English speakers on the tour. My English guides were excellent and the fellow travelers tried to make me be part of the conversation but it was a bit isolating. I was not aware that Euromundo was the tour provider in Italy. Still I had a wonderful trip.Show more

  The tour itinerary was excellent and I enjoyed it very much. The hotels were nice, clean and very safe. The buses and drivers were very good at their job. Max went above and beyond with his kindness and attentiveness, giving us a hand out of the bus when the step was a bit precarious. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed Orilli for her ready smile, her confidence, and good information. Beltran was also fabulous (even though he was the Spanish guide and I was English speaking. He was always ready to help and looking out for our best interests. Carmen Patricia was one of my English speaking guides, and though she was very friendly and upbeat, I felt I received more information and instructions from her Spanish counterpart, Beltran. The English speakers were often left confused about times and meeting places because of lack of information. Over all, I had a wonderful time seeing some amazing places in Italy and Sicily.Show more

  The first part of the route in Puglia was terrible. We didn't have anyone to explain anything to us. The coordination was very bad. They changed our group for no reason, without notifying us until the last minute. We were lost not knowing which bus to take, with all our luggage from one place to another. Awful. We also had no explanations for what we saw on the tour. In Sicily we had Gaetano as a guide and that changed things a lot. Very organized, always assisting everyone and explaining everything along the way. He is a very good guide. No sudden changes of group, bus, or hotel. That part was better, but there shouldn't be those differences because we bought a complete package called: Beautiful Puglia, Southern Italy and Sicily. We didn't buy pieces and that what they gave us.Show more

Regarding the comments about the lack of explanations, we would like to inform you that from the beginning of the tour, you had an English-speaking guide who provided all relevant information during the bus journey. We understand that each guide has their own style and way of communicating, and although we recognize that perhaps the way our guide expressed themselves may not have been ideal for you, we want to emphasize that information was provided from day one. As for the group change, I would like to clarify that, as indicated in the information provided before booking, this is a common practice due to the flexibility we offer on our tours. We regret that this situation did not meet your expectations, but we provide this information in advance to avoid any misunderstandings. We would like to thank you for your feedback, as it is invaluable for us to continue improving our services.   We enjoyed the tour except for a few things. A couple of the hotels weren't the best. We stayed so many different places I can't recall which ones. We liked our tour guides. Antonio was nice and we absolutely loved Gaetano. He was great. He even got my husband a gift for his birthday on Oct13. The Spanish speaking guides on the other hand were extremely rude. Marilana(not sure of the spelling)and Aurora were very loud and obnoxious. The Spanish speaking group with us on the tour were the most rude and inconsiderate people we've ever encountered. They saved all the front seats on the bus for all they're family/friends. They stood in the aisle of the bus and made it difficult for us to pass. They also saved seats in the restaurants so that we couldn't sit with the new friends we made.They also made a mess on the bus and were reprimanded for it by their tour guides. Both women and men pushed us when getting on and off the bus. It was unbelievable.Show more
