  We give Nour, from Egypt Cruise Travel, 5 stars for organising our 8 night trip for unforgettable Egypt. Everything was not a problem and was smooth and went to plan. The drivers, especially Ahmed in Cairo, were very polite and punctual. We were lucky as a group of just 2 people we had a private tour with the guides. Special mention to Mohamed Shakour for getting us on the early hot air balloon 🎈 and for being a very informative and kind guide. We stayed in nice 4 star hotels with lovely people very keen to help us. Our Nile Cruise boat was Zeina and the staff were very proud of their boat and their service. It was exhausting at times as it was hot but well worth it.Show more

  SCAM DO NOT BUY!!! This tour company was awful, put me in dangerous areas. The hotels the put you in are listed as 4 star/5 Star and they say you can look up the hotels before going but the hotels look nothing like the photos. The first hotel I stayed in was a 4 star that was easily the worst and most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The snorkeling/scuba boat was not a New boat like they said and had old and broken equipment. Everyone had issues with their equipment, they even gave me a broken snorkel. The 5 star they upgraded me to after repeated complaints was half under construction so it had noise issues and you couldn't use half the amenities. They take zero accountability and refuse to refund you anything. AGAIN SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!Show more

  Dear Matthew We appreciate your feedback and as TourRadar gives us the right to reply your review 1.About the hotel you stayed your first stay for 2 nights with no Complains and we followed up with you daily via WhatsApp if you have a problem in the hotel you had to tell us from Day 1 to help you but our operator checked with you and their was no complain and we have conversation via WhatsApp 2. All you complains started when you met the Canadian couple whose was with you on board on cruise ( they booked with different company not with us ) 3. When you complain about the cruise we notified our guide who was with you on cruise and you told him ( Honestly I don't have problem with cruise your problem with hotel in Giza ) but the cruise is okay 4.Our operator contacted you and told you that our company has upgraded your hotel in Giza from Pyramids oasis to Pyramids park hotel WITHOUT EXTRA MONEY and you thanked us and was happy about that 5.When you went to Hurghada you complained about the hotel which is 4 stars as your package with rate 8.5 on booking.com 6.You complained about the boat for the snorkelling trip ( Which it was a new boat and we have conversations on WhatsApp Then you companied about equipment on the boat which the staff has changed for you , Also you told us the other passengers on the boat has the same problem and we checked with the boat staff and they send us the passengers feedback ( WAS VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT ) We tried to help you and we did our best to make you happy but we found not good feedback from your side starts with request for refund and when we rejected you wrote the review Thank you sir for your feedback and we will work on your notes

  The Nile cruise itself was quite nice and comfortable. In total we could experience a lot of historical sites and learn some more about the old Egyptian history. The hot air balloon in Luxor was also an amazing experience. The captain was very professional and explained all the sights as well as some facts about the balloon itself. For a reasonable price you can also book a photographer and get some photos and a video that will send you digitally after the trip. Unfortunately we had quite some issues with our tour operator. For an "organised" trip. There were changes before and during our trip as well as some serious issues with the hotels! We never experience anything like this during our many years of travel. 2 days before our travel to Cairo, they told us there is no early flight to Aswan so we need to change to a sleeping train. The train was very old, dirty and had a tiny cabin. So there wasn't much sleep. The description mentions a 4 star hotel in Cairo. Instead we had a hotel that didn't meet any standards for cleanliness or safety! We had to change the room many times due to several issues. One of them was a hot water pipe that exploded while in the shower and led to electrocution! The operator and Tourradar claimed that the hotel is a 4 star hotel and that the ratings might vary. Although we were just the day before in a real 4 star hotel in Cairo that we booked ourselves and that had much higher standard. During the first days of the tour we were informed that the schedule provided to us prior to our trip was wrong and we had to pay ourselves for an additional night in Hurghada. Although our customized detailed schedule was clearly communicated prior to final booking and payment. Some thoughts about the tour itself: All activities of the tour start very early (e.g. you'll have to leave the cruise 4 am to go to Abu Simbel by car for a 4h drive). The other days were also starting at 5 or 6 am. On the other hand when the boat is sailing you'll have enough time to relax and get a nap here and there. On the first day of the cruise, we did an additional trip to the Nubian village in the afternoon for 30$ pp. Between the site seeing stops, there will be also some stops at souvenir shops. At the end of the cruise, the guide recommended 20$ tip for the crew and 50-100$ for himself. We always received recommendations how much to tip each and every driver or member of the staff. To be honest we found it quite annoying and weird that everyone is actively asking for tips and mentioning it's part of their salary. We like tipping all the nice people we meet during our trips but it was the first time that it felt weird and somewhat forced.. Even at some ticketing offices for the monuments, the guy will ask for some extra money but you don't have to agree to any of that.. Anyhow I hope you'll have better luck with the accommodations and the other stuff than we did to better enjoy the experience :)Show more

  Dear Mr.Brahim thanks for your feedback but let me explain to you the points you mentioned 1.For the hotel Accommodation, Our operator advised you with hotel name before your arrival date to check the hotel and if you had availability to upgrade your hotel if you didn't the hotel Also the hotel had upgraded your Accommodation from Room to suite ( Complementary ) and we have conversation between you and our operator 2.We upgraded your Accommodation on cruise from Standard Category to Deluxe category ( complementary ) which costs us 300 USD per person extra to made you satisfied after your experience at Cairo hotel ( you didn't mention that ) 3. For flight issue , You booked your tour on peak time and it's happening to find some problems but we solve it with sleeping train which cost 110 USD per person more expensive than the flights 4.For tipping we mentioned that in Excluding part the Tipping not included 5.Operator by mistake give you discount 300 USD per person instead of give you 300 USD for total package for cancelling return flight from Hurghada and Last night in Cairo ( But you didn't mentioned that ) 6. You tried to blackmailing us on WhatsApp by take the refund for 2 nights stay at Cairo hotel when we rejected you tried to do that Through TourRadar and we rejected too so you didn't find another way to blackmailing us by write negative review Sir, You had to be honest and mention the good Things as you mentioned bad side . In addition we paid too much to try to made you satisfied and we have conversation and your photos during tours , Also you take pictures with our company sign .

  It has been a great pleasure to take a trip with them. Brilliant choices of 3 star and above hotels, with great hospitality from all of the staff. The transfers between airport, hotel, tourist sites and within cities was seamless and well planned with comfortable vehicles and safe drivers. The tour was flexible enough to accommodate any spot changes or special last minute requests including efficiently planned iternary. I traveled with a 1.5 yr old and found the trip very convenient. The team is very helpful, accommodative with understanding members. Sufficient time was allocated to all the sites visits, and tour guides were very informative. The tour manager Nour was very insightful and was constantly in touch to provide the best available tour with convenience and assistance, which is so important for travel.Show more

  It was an amazing experience throughout, right from the time we landed in Cairo we were greeted by the driver who took us to hotel. Stay was pleasant and food was great in Pyramids oasis hotel, and Pyramid view was from the room window. All the tour guides were very friendly and warm and gave us insight with much details. Cruise booked had amazing rooms and food and travel was excellent. Transit between cities were seamless and comfortable drives to all the sight seeing places and temples. Every important sites were included in the itinerary and were covered. Over all it was a delightful trip and I suggest everyone who is planning to visit Egypt to consider Egypt Cruise Travel for their plan.Show more
