Itinerary
- Day 1
Athens
You'll arrive at Athens airport and meet a local representative who'll drive you to your hotel. After you've settled in, there's a welcome meeting at 6 pm with your group. If you get there early, the Archaeological Museum is worth checking out, or you could hunt down some good souvlaki around the city. Dinner with the group follows at a local restaurant afterward.

- Day 2
Athens to Kalambaka
The Acropolis is your main stop today with a local guide explaining the history of this significant ancient citadel. You'll walk through the Propylaea and see the Parthenon up close. After that, you'll drive north to Kalambaka at the base of the Meteora Mountains, stopping at Thermopylae on the way to learn about the famous 480 BC battle. By evening you can find a local taverna for dinner once you've arrived.

- Day 3
Kalambaka
Head into the hills this morning to see the Meteora monasteries perched on towering cliffs. Your guide will walk you through the Pantokrator and Varlaam monasteries, explaining how hermit monks built here starting in at least the 11th century. Back in Kalambaka you can explore the town or rest at your hotel. In the evening, regroup to watch the sunset from the surrounding hills with a drink included.

- Day 4
Meteora to Nafpaktos
Travel to Delphi and tour the museum and archaeological site with a guide, including the Temple of Apollo. In the afternoon, visit local beekeepers to see the hives, learn about honey production, and taste their honey. Later you'll head to the coastal town of Nafpaktos for the night. Consider having seafood by the water for dinner.

- Day 5
Nafpaktos to Dimitsana
After a relaxed morning, drive to ancient Olympia and walk through the stadium, gymnasium, wrestling school, Temple of Hera and hippodrome with an expert guide. Stop at the museum for more context. Then continue to the medieval village of Dimitsana where you'll stay at Mikri Arktos Boutique Hotel for two nights, a traditionally decorated stone mansion with mountain views.

- Day 6
Dimitsana
Join a guide to explore the Lousios Valley with a hike to the working monastery of Prodromos, built into a rock face. The monks will show you around and you'll have coffee and Greek delight together while seeing the 14th-century frescoes. Continue walking to Ancient Gortys, the remains of a temple to Asclepius on the river banks. Grab lunch at a traditional village restaurant after, then you'll have a free afternoon in Dimitsana.

Dimitsana to Athens
Visit the Mycenae archaeological site this morning, a UNESCO World Heritage site from the Mycenaean civilisation. Then drive to the seaside town of Nafplion to explore on your own. Before heading back to Athens, stop to sample ouzo and learn how it's made. You'll arrive in Athens in the late afternoon for an included farewell dinner.

The day is yours in Athens. Take a walk through the National Garden or climb Lycabettus Hill if you're up for it. Athens to Paros
You'll head to Piraeus port and board a ferry to Paros. In the afternoon, a local guide will show you around the island starting with Parikia and the Ekatontapiliani church. You'll drive across to see ancient marble quarries and pass through verdant hills to Marpissa to visit a cultural centre. The tour ends in Naoussa, known for its whitewashed alleys and Venetian castle.

- Day 10
Paros
Paros is yours to explore today. You could take a guided coastal hike starting from a fishing village and moving through some of the island's best beaches. Or visit the nearby island of Antiparos. Another option is to spend the day relaxing on Paros' beaches and swimming in the Aegean Sea. Talk to your leader about what's available and what fits your interests.

- Day 11
Paros to Naxos
Leave Paros this morning on a short ferry to Naxos, the largest Cyclades island with beaches, an Old Town, and Venetian history. After settling in, you'll regroup in the late afternoon for a tour with a local guide to the Portara, the giant marble doorway remaining from a 530 BC temple of Apollo. Dinner tonight focuses on regional specialties from Naxos' hyperlocal cuisine.

- Day 12
Naxos
Drive to Kaloxylos in the heart of one of the world's oldest olive groves. Tour an olive oil press museum to learn about extraction methods and olive oil's importance to Greek culture. Travel to Galini for a hands-on cooking class with a local host. You'll pick fresh ingredients from their organic garden, learn about farming on Naxos, and prepare a Naxian dish. Lunch includes your cooked meal paired with kitron liqueur.

Naxos
The day is free on Naxos. Head to one of the island's beaches or check out the Archaeological Museum of Naxos in Chora Naxos, housed in a 17th-century building with Neolithic to early Christian artifacts. The Geological Museum of Apeiranthos covers the island's natural history. If you're after something sweet, walnut cake flavored with kitron is a regional specialty. Your leader can help tailor activities to your interests.

Naxos to Santorini
Catch a ferry from Naxos to Santorini in the morning. Once you arrive in Fira, you'll be transferred to El Greco Resort, a whitewashed traditional Cycladic-style hotel with a year-round pool and modern rooms. The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk from the Archaeological Museum of Thera. Make sure you catch Santorini's famous sunset this evening.

- Day 15
Santorini
Start the day with a hike along Santorini's caldera rim, following the north-western edge past steep cliffs and taking in the views. The walk ends in Oia, built on a steep slope in the volcanic caldera. You'll have two wine stops today: the Symposium Cultural Centre where you'll learn about Greek wine in traditional cups, and a family-run winery with tastings paired with food.
