Yes, the hotel on arrival is included in the tour. On 24 January 2026, you will stay 1 night at IntercityHotel Muscat (or a similar hotel) — you do not need to book your own accommodation. For USA Passport dont need a visa for 14 days

I am interested in undertaking this trip and looking at flights I would arrive at Muscat Airport at about 1935 on day 1 would this be a problem?

It's fine. 1st day includes only transfer from the airport. At 19:40 the driver will meet you in the airport and drop you off to the hotel.
