Hotel pricing in Oman often results in higher single supplements, especially in smaller properties. However, we agree that the cost must feel justified, and your feedback will be reviewed carefully with our partners. **Regarding the guide:** Thank you for your kind words about Abdullah as a person. We truly value him as part of our team. That said, your comments about the lack of informational guiding are important and valid. Our goal is to provide not only transportation but also meaningful insight into Oman’s culture, history, and daily life. We will address this internally to improve the overall guiding experience. **Regarding the group size:** You are absolutely right to highlight this. Our tours are designed for **3–11 participants**, and exceeding this number is not in line with our standards. We sincerely apologize for this and will investigate how this happened to ensure it does not occur again. **Regarding accommodation:** We’re sorry to hear that some of the hotels did not meet your expectations in terms of location and overall experience.
