Although there was a glitch in our booking, she quickly and seamlessly fixed it to make sure we got our hotel rooms along the way. Overall provided excellent service on our tour. Mesgana, our coach driver, did an amazing job in providing us with a smooth and safe bus ride. His driving skills were shown in tight turning areas, like narrow city roads and parking lots . I have been to the Canadian Rockies with another supplier, and I was so amazed with the beauty of that part of Canada so I recommended it to my clients. The itinerary for them is good, and according to them , it it became disgusting because of the tour guide they also mentioned that the entire group was not happy and very disappointed with the guide. I'm wondering now how you select your guide, and should I use Cosmos again if you provide a guide like that one that they had? I was really so ashamed especially that this is the first time that they joined a guided tour.Show more
