Great itinerary. Excellent drivers and knowledgeable Tour Director. Good included and optional excursions. Mostly nice hotels. Clean windows on bus allowed for photos from inside. Meals not included allowed for good options for eating. Masks not given to all guests, with some coughing continuously on the long bus rides. By end of trip many people had caught a cold. Saily Departure times only provided the night before, so could not use when initially comparing between tour offerings. Ultimately, two days with very early hotel check-out times and bus departures.Show more

Although there was a glitch in our booking, she quickly and seamlessly fixed it to make sure we got our hotel rooms along the way. Overall provided excellent service on our tour. I have been to the Canadian Rockies with another supplier, and I was so amazed with the beauty of that part of Canada so I recommended it to my clients. The itinerary for them is good, and according to them , it it became disgusting because of the tour guide they also mentioned that the entire group was not happy and very disappointed with the guide. I'm wondering now how you select your guide, and should I use Cosmos again if you provide a guide like that one that they had? I was really so ashamed especially that this is the first time that they joined a guided tour.Show more
