Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll land at Cairo airport and connect with your tour representative who gets you through customs. An air-conditioned bus takes you to the hotel for check-in. After that, the day is open for you to rest up, wander around the city, or hit up some museums if you're feeling energized from the flight.

- Day 2
Cairo
Starting after breakfast, you head out to see the three main pyramids at Giza: the Great Pyramid of Keops, Pyramid of Chephren, and Pyramid of Mycerinus. The Sphinx is right there to check out too. From there you'll stop by the Papyrus Institute and Museum for some shopping, then visit a perfume factory and jewelry shop. Later, spend two hours at the Egyptian Museum with an English-speaking guide who walks you through the history, including King Tut's golden mask.

- Day 3
Old Cairo
After an early breakfast, meet your guide to explore Old Cairo and Coptic Cairo. You'll walk through the Fortress of Babylon, the Hanging Church, and the Greek Church of St. George, plus several other Coptic churches tied to the Sacred Family's history. The day includes the Church of San Sergio (Abu Serga), the Ben Ezra synagogue, and the Church of Santa Barbara. Wind down at Khan Khalili Market before heading back to the hotel.

Cairo to Aswan
After early breakfast, you transfer to Cairo International Airport and fly to Aswan. Your representative meets you on arrival. You'll see Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and the High Dam of Aswan. Then board your Nile cruise ship, get settled in, and enjoy dinner with a Nubian Show Party your first night on the water.

- Day 5
Aswan to Edfu
Following breakfast, you can either take a trip to Abu Simbel to see two temples and the impressive Temple of Ramses II with its four statues in the shrine, or stay on the ship to use the facilities. After lunch, the ship sails toward Kom Ombo where you'll check out the Temples of Sobek (the crocodile god) and Haroeris. You continue to Edfu and join a Galabaiya party aboard after dinner.

Edfu to Luxor
You'll have breakfast, then take a carriage to the Temple of Horus (Hawk) and explore Edfu. Back on the cruise, you pass through the Esna Lock heading toward Luxor. After lunch onboard, transfer to the east bank to see the Abuelhagag Mosque, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple, the largest temple in the world built for the God Aton. Return to the ship with free time to relax or check out the old Luxor market.

Luxor to Hurghada
After breakfast on the ship, you check out and head to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings. Next, see the Temple of Der el Bahari, which was built for Queen Hatshepsut's funeral worship, plus the Memnon statues. Travel overland to Hurghada and check into Desert Rose Resort, a 5-star hotel on the Red Sea with beaches, pools, a water park, and a natural lagoon.

Hurghada
Another full day at Desert Rose Resort. Take advantage of the food, beach access, and Red Sea views. You can opt for a quad safari, snorkeling, or a tour into Hurghada if you'd rather venture away from the resort for a bit and explore the city.
