Do you provide pre-cruise and post-cruise tour? Do you provide air ticket services/ transport from airport to the ship?

Pre/Post: CroisiEurope does not offer pre/post accommodation in Oltenita and Budapest. You will need to arrange your own accommodation. Air tickets: Air tickets cannot be arranged by CroisiEurope. Transfers: CroisiEurope is able to arrange transfers for you on the day of embarkation and disembarkation only.

Can you please send me a description of the different cabin types, in particular whether they have windows that can be opened?

The operator has not yet released the 2024 dates and prices. We will have to wait till the 2nd week of May 2023 for the details to come out.

Can you pls resend this email. I can't open the rest of the page because it is saying that someone is impersonating Tour Radar. Also, I'd like to know if the land tours are in French.

My group is asking how much it would cost to hold the rooms, and if it's refundable.

The boat, the crew, the food and the itinerary were all excellent. I also enjoyed very much our tour in northern Romania, particularly Transylvania. However, the excursions were all a bit similar: always a church, a fortress, a monastery (if there was one), but no chance to see any art galleries or other cultural outlets. There was also scarcely any time to buy essential goods, such as medicines, as we almost never went near any shops, except to walk past a few bars and restaurants, mostly. I caught a kind of flu with upset stomach too, so it was not until the last day in Croatia (Ozijeck)Show more

Our cruise on MS Symphonie was excellent. The boat and our cabin in particular were comfortable and well equipped. The food was very good, tasty, beautifully prepared and presented, with well-sized portions, and a wide variety of French cuisine including many regional specialities. The included wines were varied, delicious and demonstrated an interesting range of French varieties. The range of the other drinks on offer was also very satisfactory. We did not feel it was necessary to try any of the paid drinks but it was nice to know they were available. Service was excellent in all categories: efficient and friendly. We only took two of the optional excursions (Strasbourg and Colmar) and both were well organised and very interesting. We would happily take another cruise with CroisiEurope.Show more
