Thought we were getting a platinum service but far from it. The hotel was at not even 3* , not the 4* as promised....
Thought we were getting a platinum service but far from it. The hotel was at not even 3* , not the 4* as promised. The reviews confirmed we weren't the only ones with this opinion. The tour provider should have done a basic search of reviews and avoided this place. 10 nightclubs in the hotel and the soundproofing in the rooms was non existent. The breakfast was served in one of the bars, no windows or fresh air, smelled of smoke and the floor was sticky to walk on. The desert safari was a huge disappointment. The camel ride was a 15metre circle just to take a photo. The BBQ was horrible. The food was brought out during the show meaning we missed the show because we had to line up for the food. Even though we were in the middle of the queue, the food ran out and was not replenished. The only thing left was salad. No meat or pasta or anything of substance. We did watch in the hope they would replenish the "all you can eat buffet" but they didn't. You could pay an extra $50 per person to be upgraded to be served first. Which we didn't think was necessary since we didn't mind waiting but did expect to get fed. In summary, this tour felt like a major rip off.Show more

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort this caused you. Concerning the desert safari, we are especially sorry to hear about the buffet situation and the organization of the experience. Missing part of the show while queuing for food, and then finding that items were not replenished, is absolutely frustrating. This is not the experience we intend for our travelers. We are already escalating this matter with our local partner to investigate the buffet management, food replenishment, and the upgrade system you mentioned. Your feedback is extremely important and will help us prevent similar situations for future guests. We also want to mention that we created the WhatsApp group specifically to assist you in real time during your stay. Had we been informed during the trip, we would have immediately intervened to offer alternatives, whether for the hotel or the safari experience.
