Itinerary
- Day 1
St. Moritz
You'll arrive in St. Moritz either directly or by heading through Innsbruck on public transport. Once there, check into your 3* or 4* hotel and get settled for the week ahead.

- Day 2
St. Moritz
Start with a lake bike tour around St. Moritz, heading toward where the Inn River begins. The ride takes you through scenic areas and covers about 40 km, so plan for a full morning and early afternoon on the bike.

St. Moritz to Zernez
Today you'll cycle through the high valley of Upper Engadine. You'll pass through Samedan with its old tower, then reach La Punt which has an early Gothic church worth seeing. From there, head to Zuoz, known for its window paintings, and finish in Zernez at the gateway to the National Park. The route is roughly 35 km.

- Day 4
Zernez to Scuol
Cycle to Lavin, a charming old mountain village, and then continue on to Guarda where you'll get great views of the surrounding landscape. End your day in Scuol, home to the Bogn Engiadina adventure pool and dominated by Tarasp Castle. This leg covers approximately 35 km.

Scuol to Ried/Prutz
You'll cross from Switzerland into Austria today, cycling through Martina, Pfunds, and Tösens before reaching Ried/Prutz. Follow the Inn Valley and pass through the famous Finstermünster gorge. You'll also visit the charming village centers of Stuben and Pfunds. This is a longer day at roughly 55 km.

Landmarks Finstermünster Gorge - Day 6
Ried/Prutz to Imst
Cycle through the Upper Court area from Ried via Prutz to Landeck, where you can see the castle and its museum along with Schrofenstein ruins. After that, head past Zams Monastery and through the Milser Au nature area toward Imst, known as the town of fountains. The scenic Rosengarten Gorge is worth your time. You'll cover about 40 km today.

Imst to Innsbruck
Follow the Inn cycle path through well-kept villages heading toward Innsbruck. You'll pass the Cistercian monastery of Stams with its distinctive rose lattice, then ride past numerous small churches and ruins overlooking the valley. The final stretch takes you along the Martinswand into Innsbruck's charming old town. This is your longest day at approximately 65 km.
