Average to good hotels. Tour guides give most information on bus to the destination. They’re not really available at the actual destination.

The itinerary was wonderful as you got to see all parts of Switzerland from the mountains to the planes to the lakes. Great choices of hotels which added to the experience.

We had a great time. The places that they chose for each area were good ones. We liked all the hotels except for one and it was mostly due to outside noise that you can hear until late at night because it is situated in front of a bar. I can go into more details into each hotel and tour site if you want me to but overall this was an excellent trip
