I would like to have a quote with upgrade to flights in and out and Hot Air Balloon Ride and Nubian Village included considering Abu Simbel is already included. Tour should start on Jan 25 for 6 paxs.

The upgrade will cost 150 USD extra per person paid in cash. First flight from Cairo to Aswan will be in day 4 morning not day 3 night as it takes only 1 hour. Last flight will be in time day 7 after you finish tours in Luxor.

Andy, Egyptology Travel communicated what is needed in preparation prior and during the tour...the names and contact numbers of the representatives for Cairo(Muhammad) and Luxor(Star). And both representatives communicated the name of our tour guide Cairo (Hagar) and Nile River Cruise (Mohammed), they are prompt for picking us up either at the airport, hotel or train station and very cordial. Both of our tour guide are knowledgeable, cordial and accomodating. All the drivers drove safely and all of our transport are comfortable. Suggestion: On the day of our Valley of the Kings, we had our breakfast from 5-6am; the guest for the hot air balloon ride pick up is at 6:15am and our pick up is at 7:15am, we went to the area waited for the guest who did the hot air balloon ride and by the time we started the Valley of the Kings it was almost 9am. the Valley of the Kings open at 6am if were given an option we could have gone with the guest for the hot air ballon at 6:15am and ask to be dropped off to the Valley of the Kings and wait for our tour guide at a later time with other guest from our group and we could have visited the tombs that are included in the ticket plus the additional tomb that we purchased. We are unable to visit the tomb that is included in the ticket because of the time constraints and long lines on each of the tomb.Show more

  Maybe paxs are able to change Alexandria Tour in Jan 26 and visit GEM once they are already in Giza in Jan in case it is close in Feb 2. Both days are Sundays.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Egyptology Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
