  It was a spectacular trip. Lots of interesting, beautiful places, filled with local history. Tour director Laurel was amazing at conveying details and stories of all the varying spots visited. And she kept us on task; which, with ME on her hands, was a bit of a chore, because I'm at times challenged technically!! =0) It all worked out well, from Toronto through to Montreal. Quebec City (K-beck!!!) was entrancing. There was a nice mixture of sites, bus, rest. Got to interact with a lot of lovely folks. Eugene, our AMAZING bus "handler", combined expertise and kindness. Sweet person. Only complaint was that there were a LOT of good meals. Very enjoyable, but my scale is a bit challenged! Ah, well. Guess why it's called a time away!! My best to everyone. I treasure the memories.Show more

  Optional excursions were reasonably priced. Suggest you put together other places in each city as a walking guide or short taxi or uber ride. Example access to close by museums open late and could walk to from hotel. Free time activities and what they are and where located is helpful.tour guide can offer to accompany a group interested to explore more during free leisure tome.Provide more detail info about the logistics of site visits. Niagara falls..suggest more water proof gear clothing and shoe types etc. Terrain to expect when visiting certain sites and possible alternatives.climbing and how difficult-easy or more strenuous or advanced climbing activity. Overall, small groups so much better than filling up bus. Thank you for giving single travelers their own bus space. Would love to watch more travel videos on longer driving distances.Show more

  I was not happy with most of the tour I was on and I blame most of it on Trafalgar, but the tour Travel Director in...
  I was not happy with most of the tour I was on and I blame most of it on Trafalgar, but the tour Travel Director in my opinion was not the most straight forward person and I was not the only person unhappy with her performance. Trafalgar pick things to do that were pretty stupid to do with the crowd that was on board. I believe that 47 out of 49 were seniors, yet they had us go to a hockey rink for a tour which put us late for our schedule time for our schedule time for our boat ride at Niagara Falls which then put us at the back of the a long line. Then the travel director has us go to Niagara on the lake and gave us 30 minutes which was not on the schedule, but a few people wanted to go. This put us back at the hotel at 8:30 at night without having dinner. These are seniors and the sechedule she gave us showed us getting back around 5:00 and this was just the first day. I know this won’t make any difference with you, but this was the worst vacation I have ever had and this after waiting 3 years while you had my money. I ended up spending roughly $7000 dollars on this trip and wasn’t worth have that.Show more

  Well planned tour, comfortable coach, energetic tour director, good hotels, expert coach driver. Safety arrangement at Hilton Quebec were poor and as result mine & fellow tour lady's hand bags were stolen from hotel's breakfast buffet. We lost our valuables, credit cards, identification documents. Apart from that all was great. There were unexpected surprises for us too which were bonus.Show more

We would advise that you contact your travel insurance to inquire to see if they are able to assist concerning this. Theft is a rare but unfortunate part of travel and we hope that it did not have too much of an effect on your overall experience.   The tour was ok in so far as you will only get to see a little of each city in the time allotted. The hotels were all excellent except for the Hilton in Quebec City which was not very clean. We requested a different room which we got but it wasn’t any better. The bus was clean and comfortable although with the Air Con, it was quite cold at times and several others on the tour mentioned this. In general the food was good and the tour guides for each location were knowledgeable.Show more

  The cost for the tour is very reasonable with no hidden fees, and excellent without being expensive. The hotels are 4 star providing excellent breakfast. Ron, our tour director/guide, is knowledgeable and personable. There were local guides in the morning at Quebec and Montreal. Rob, the bus driver, is an excellent and safe driver. For longer bus rides, rest stops were taken approximately every 2 to 3 hours. There is a toilet in the rear of the bus.Show more
