Clothing includes multiple layers like T-shirts, fleece jackets, Gore-Tex waterproof jacket, down jacket. For lower body: walking shorts, thermal bottoms, fleece trousers, Gore-Tex trousers. For sleeping: down sleeping bag rated to -25 C.

You need to be strong enough mentally which is very essential to complete the trek. Being a marathon runner helps a lot.

You must have insurance that covers emergency rescues and medical expenses. If you are unwell, we need to bring you back to Kathmandu by helicopter. Check if your insurance covers evacuation expenses.
