  I had an amazing time in our tour in Morocco. Morocco is a beautiful country and would love to come back there again someday. The tour guides are very informative and helpful especially Hamza and Adnan. They go above and beyond their tour of duty. Samira at the Discover Morocco Tour Agency was also very helpful. Most of all Tour Radar was and always been a wonderful source of great tour package and prompt assistance with all the tours I booked with them from past to present. If you are planning to book a great and inexpensive tours, I highly recommend Tour Radar. Also, if you are planning to tour Morocco, I highly recommend Discover Morocco Agency.Show more

  Well organized tour package condensed in 10 days crisscrossed main attractions in Morocco. Very fortunate to experience Morocco in a very intimate ways- natural beauty, culture, cuisine, and goodness of Moroccan people. All the drivers were nice and polite, especially Adnan was terrific. Only drawback was not enough personal time to myself, but overall it was hell of an experience money cannot buy. Plan to visit again with my spouse with ample time in hand inshallah!!!Show more

  Worst package tour ever till now we had,, they literally cancelled our overnight stay at Merzuga Dessert we travelled 2 days just to enjoy overnight dessert stay and at the last moment they cancelled by telling us there is no tent for us, we signed up specifically for only Desert stay. And guides were too fast as if we are going from roller coaster ride not giving any time to explore, take pictures, or not even lunch breaks. And in Casablanca especially guide was worst of all. I personally don’t recommend this tour if you are visiting for the first time,, they even cancelled our tour to Hercules caves which is one of the best place to visit.Show more

Due to an overbooking issue at the desert camp, which can unfortunately occur worldwide during peak periods such as the Christmas season.However, we immediately arranged an alternative accommodation for you, where you spent the night as planned. The following day, you were taken to experience the Merzouga desert camp, ensuring you still had a complete and authentic desert experience. Nothing related to the desert experience was cancelled. Regarding the pace of the tour and the guides, after careful internal investigation, we can confirm that the itinerary was followed as planned. The tours were not rushed, and scheduled breaks were provided throughout the trip, including time for photos and meal stops. All planned visits were carried out accordingly. Concerning Casablanca and other sites, we can confirm that no activities were cancelled. The tour operated as scheduled, and all locations included in the itinerary were visited. We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations are affected, especially during a highly anticipated trip. While overbooking was beyond our control, we acted immediately to provide a suitable solution and ensured that your tour continued without cancellation.   I really enjoyed this tour for the most part. The driver was excellent and the guides were well versed and knowledgable. Each of them made an attempt to include the entire group while respecting individual choices. Breakfasts were good, with a wide variety of offerings, but the group tired of tagine as the mid-afternoon meal daily, so a little more variety might be in order. Timing could use attention- arrived from Marrakech to the hotel in Casablanca and waited there for a couple hours before check in, and the pickup from Rabat was tardy. My only other comment is that, as a vegetarian, my midday meals often consisted of bread, olives and orange juice.Show more

During the visits, we went quickly to the monuments and spent a lot of time in stores where people tried to sell us things at dishonest prices. Morocco is a beautiful country. It's a pity that the people I met in the tourist industry were unprofessional. For dinner, we had no choice of restaurants. It was always the same formula and the quality of the food was not up to the standard of the food I ate elsewhere on the trip. The hotels were good on the whole. The Air conditioning was not always functional, however. But be sure to budget for the tax at each hotel, which is not included in the price. The tour description states that the company is called Discover Morocco. In reality, the company we were in contact with was Easytransfer. In conclusion, avoid this company, which is unable to admit its faults when we speak to customer service representatives.Show more

Regarding the air conditioning, the van used on tour is designed for small groups and equipped with functioning A/C that effectively cools the space evenly. We’re sorry if it didn’t meet your comfort expectations during particularly hot days. In terms of operations, Easy Transfers is the logistics department of Discover Morocco and is responsible for handling the transfers and on-ground coordination.   Overall, a good experience. A fairly comprehensive tour of the country and some very beautiful places visited. We never had any trouble finding our drivers/hotels. All the hotels were very nice, except for one (Ramada in Fes), which was a little less modern, but still pleasant. As for the guides, Sila in Tangier was incredible and Mustafa, our driver from Rabat all the way to Marrakech, was also amazing ! However, our tour guide in Marrakech was pushing us to visit some places too quickly, almost missing a quarter of the Bahia Palace visit, and telling us less information than we could have read on the panels. Our driver in Tangier did the same, pushing us to visit quickly some places to finally arrive at the hotel at only 2 PM. Don’t hesitate to state firmly your needs and wants, especially if it’s a small group ! Furthermore, we were surprised and disappointed to see that some of the prices listed in the tour pamphlet are no longer up to date, increasing by several euros. Language was almost never a problem. The majority of guides speak French and English. In conclusion, if you want a tour with one guide that will be with you from the beginning to the end, or if this is your first travel experience, I do not recommend this tour for you because we were often left on our own and sometimes got information for pick up at the last minute. I will say however that communication with the TourRadar team was amazing from booking to the end of the tour, which was reassuring!Show more
