What people love about 2-week Morocco tours
- Morocco Encompassed Casablanca - 14 Days
This was a very well paced, well planned tour. Our guide Younes, and driver Mohammad, were amazing. Super helpful at every step, knew a lot about each place we stayed, and were great at keeping the tour group together and moving and keeping track of everything. I liked the pacing, having a couple days in most places and stopping overnight to make sure we weren't doing too much driving at once. For the most part all the hotels were great, some of them had more spotty wifi than others but they were all clean and good amenities, breakfast always included (so many carbs!). The only one I might have wished was different was in Fes, where we were staying really far out from the town so there wasn't much we could do on our own in the evening. I would have liked to have a little time to explore on my own outside of the guided tour that took most of the one day we were there, but it was an hour walk to the hotel and I didn't want to deal with taking a taxi. Which also meant dinner was a little limited since there weren't many options by the hotel (I'm not visiting Morocco so I can go eat at McDonald's). But overall I really have no complaints, it was a great trip and I loved getting to explore a new country. Chefchaouen is beautiful, I enjoyed the pacing of Essaouira, wish there had been less cloud cover in the desert but it was still a cool experience. Booking a solo trip as part of a group tour can be risky, but I'm really glad it worked out in this case (even if I was probably the youngest in the group by about 15 years!)
- Grand Morocco Adventure: 14-Day from Casablanca
Our Moroccan experience surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we landed in Casablanca we were fully taken care of. The Riads were most comfortable, the scenery spectacular and the people most friendly. Finally our driver Hassan just great guy, nothing was too much trouble really made the tour memorable.
- Camels, Souks & Kasbahs from Casa - 14 days
5 stars for this 2 week tour for many reasons. Hassan our guide and Mohamed our driver were the best possible. Safety was their number one concern and as a result we were relaxed the entire trip. Drivers must obey Moroccan law completely as the drive is recorded electronically and collected by traffic police every few days. The hotels were perfect, always clean and with private facilities. Some were fancy but most were the Riad/ Moroccan style which we enjoyed. The included meals were delicious and for the meals that were not included, very affordable restaurants were pointed out for us to use. The pace was as expected according to the itinerary, so we were on th3 go a lot but had a few 2 night stays and time for relaxing. Highly recommended tour. Nola and Salvador Lara
