I thought the last night at the blue lagoon and the THREE HOUR DINNER was way too late since most of us were leaving the next day early in the morning. The hotel room I was in on the last night had no outlets for me to plug in my phone or flat iron. Bus broke down on our way home so we lost time and were not able to shop. Just a bad experience on the last evening. Thought our guide was good....very knowledgeable and pleasant.Show more

Our tour guide, Ellert was charming, witty, knowledgeable, willing and able to answer any question, and just amazing when trying to keep 28 adults together. I would highly recommend any tour to Iceland be conducted by this tour guide. Iceland is very family friendly. The trip home was anything but wonderful. The flight from Iceland to Boston went off without issues. The seven hour layover in Boston was not acceptable in the least. You have got to do better at reducing the layover time to no more than 4 hours at any one location.Show more
