    My flight to Hanoi got moved and will now arrive in Hanoi on April 1 at 6AM in the morning. I saw in the ittinerary that the group is leaving with the bus on April 1 at 8.30am. Is there a possibility I can join the group at that point? I will miss the first 2 days in Hanoi but can still do the rest of the trip.

      To clarify the logistics: this current Tour Package departure every Monday is 30th March 2026, while you arrive in Hanoi on 01st April 2026. This is the day the group departs for Halong Bay at 8:30 AM. While your flight lands at 6:00 AM, it is very risky if you cannot arrive in Hanoi Downtown before 8:30 AM (considering immigration, luggage, and morning traffic). If there are any slight flight delays, you may miss the pick-up and the shared bus with the group.

      To ensure you can still enjoy the rest of your journey, you have 2 options:

      1. Arrive Earlier: You would need to find an alternative flight to arrive in Hanoi before 01st April 2026 to ensure you are at the hotel for the scheduled 8:30 AM departure.
      2. Private Transfer: We can arrange a private car and driver to pick you up at the airport upon arrival at 6:00 AM and take you to Halong Bay directly to meet the group at the pier before the boat departs at noon. This is the safest way to ensure you don't miss the cruise.

    • For any tour departing before June 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
