    There is a note that the internal flights are included but further down there is a note that they are paid separately. Can you confirm. Also if we choose to upgrade to 4 or 5 star accommodation how much extra does it cost to do that.

      All internal airfares included in the tour package but you will pay for it upon arrival aligns with tour guide fees separately as local payment. This means the flights are already factored into your total tour arrangement, but the physical payment for that specific portion is settled directly on location when you land. A great benefit of this setup is that in case you cancel the trip in last minutes you dont have to pay for it, which offers you extra financial flexibility.

      You can choose to upgrade to 4-star or 5-star hotel category which includes the price in the package. It depends on your choice. When you select your departure date on the booking platform, you will see a dropdown option to select your preferred hotel tier (Standard 3-star, Premium 4-star, or Luxury 5-star). The platform will automatically calculate and display the exact price difference for the upgrade before you make your deposit.

    We are looking at your "Best of Vietnam tours -14 days" March 2 - 15 March. However, we would like to arrive a day early to recover from travel i.e. arrive some time on March 1. Then we can effectively rest for a day before the travel schedule starts. For tours departing after October 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
