    We are looking at your "Best of Vietnam tours -14 days" March 2 - 15 March. However, we would like to arrive a day early to recover from travel i.e. arrive some time on March 1. Then we can effectively rest for a day before the travel schedule starts. Is it possible to add another night to the hotel (looking at upgrading to 4 star) at the start and get the pick up on our arrival, and if so, cost + how to do this in the booking page.

    • For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
