I joined the tour with Untraditional Egypt - 6 Days. operated by ToBadaa. Three guide at Cairo, Luxor and Aswan were well known about the egyption history and very helpful. However, the tour was un-organized and I was disappoint about this tour with followings. 1. The discrepancy between the plan to visit on web and reality. 2. The discrepancy of the cost 3. Terrible support from the agency and tourradar online 1. The discrepancy between the plan to visit on web and reality Basically the whole plan was so rough and not mentioned which hotel to stay and which train to take on and which date is... even the guide did not know. Everyday I had to contact to the agency directly where to visit and when, then I had to explain the guide of it, which was very complicated and embarrased. 2. The discrepancy of the cost The tour included 5 lunches, but the guides were not informed of it. I had to explain it of the guide everytime to let them pay my lunch, which was seriously embarrased and annoying. The last day, the lunch was supposed to be paid by the driver not the guide, but the driver refused it and tried to pay less. Lastly, the lunch was paid by the driver but it was so stressful. 3. Terrible support from the agency and tourradar online While all guides were super helpful but the on-line support by ToBadaa and Tourradar were terrible. They were just communication receiver, but were not helpful to try to solve the problems at all. Tourrader is the commervcial window for this trip, but they told that they were just a agent so that they were not able to handle the tour details to the agent. The agent provides the on-line supports, but sometimes they got silence. To visit Egypt was the most highliest trip for me, but with ToBadaa and Tourradar, this trip was not good memories with poor organization. All local guides were fantastic, so that I am very sad and disappointed about poor work at ToBadaa and Tourradar. If you dont want to have less stress on the trip, better to ask other agent or on-line site.Show more

And we apologize as it wasn’t clear that your lunch only includes Day 2,3,4,5 and 6, not on Day 1. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with ToBadaa. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
