The timeframe of up to 20 business days that we communicate is informative only, as the final posting time depends entirely on the issuing bank. From our side, the process has been completed correctly. For this reason, we kindly recommend contacting your bank directly so they can advise why the amount has not yet appeared on your statement. We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify that certain optional excursions require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. When this minimum is not reached —as was the case here— the excursion is cancelled and the amount is automatically refunded.
