How much would a tour for twenty - 16 to 18-year-olds and 2 adults cost? I assume it would be an entire tour booked out? If you could provide me with a ballpark figure so that I can discuss on with my school. Dates would be for Mid-Year (July Holiday) 2024.

We booked this trip with Across Africa Tours and Travels at the last minute as the agency we had previously booked with had gone bankrupt. I was very anxious because we had lost a lot of money but the team at Across Africa Tours and Travels went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed at all times. In particular, Megan was really nice and caring and always answered my questions quickly and in full. Our guide in Namibia, Shawn, was very nice and knowledgeable and also very caring. He wanted to make sure we had the best time and saw the best of Namibia. He even showed up at the hotel at the end of the tour to take us the airport as the person that was supposed to come couldn't make it. So we really appreciated him taking responsibility for ensuring we had transportation even after the tour had ended! The only thing that I wasn't crazy about (which is not a negative reflection on the trip, the guide or the agency) is that it may have been nicer to have additional stops as sometimes it feels like you spend a lot of time in the car driving from place to place.Show more

  Additionally, will it be contractually specified that, in case of changes due to availability, the alternative accommodations will not be of a lower category or standard?

  There will be free time and activities in some destinations. Would it be possible to already receive a list of suggested activities?
  In case activities need to be booked independently, can you confirm whether the itinerary timings will be respected and which will be the timing? We ask this as in previous trips we experienced delays that resulted in losing pre-booked activities.

  In the event that a listed property is unavailable at the time of booking, a similar hotel of equal or slightly higher standard will be reserved. We do not compromise on quality.
  
  Grootberg Accommodation: Accommodation in Damaraland, Namibia will be at Grootberg Lodge.
  
  Meals: Meals not specifically included in the itinerary will be taken at local restaurants along the way, where payment will be required in cash. Breakfasts and dinners will be provided at the hotels where you will be staying.
  
  Guide and Driver: The tour will be conducted by a professional guide who will also serve as the driver. If you prefer to have a separate guide and driver, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Across Africa Tours & Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 100 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Across Africa Tours & Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
