- Day 1
Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park
From your beach hotel or Mombasa airport, you'll head into Tsavo National Park through the main gate. Check in at your lodge and grab lunch to settle in properly. Later in the afternoon, head out on a game drive where you can watch for elephants, lions, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, warthogs, and various birds. Wrap up with dinner at the lodge before your overnight stay.

Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast, you'll spend the full day on a game drive throughout Tsavo East National Park with your experienced guide. The route takes you to key spots like Mudanda Rock, Yatta Plateau, and Lugard Falls. Game viewing here takes patience but the payoff is worth it. If nocturnal wildlife interests you, Tsavo East is the only Kenyan park that allows night drives, which your guide can arrange.

Following breakfast, you'll pick between a game drive in Tsavo West or a visit to a Masai village based on what appeals to you. After you arrive at your chosen destination, check in and have lunch before taking some time to rest. In the afternoon, head back out on a game drive across the grassland.

Tsavo to Amboseli National Park
You'll start early with breakfast and then head out on a morning game drive. From there, you'll drive to Amboseli National Park where lunch is waiting. By afternoon, check into your lodge and rest up before evening activities begin.

Amboseli National Park
This full day in Amboseli National Park includes both morning and afternoon game drives with lunch separating them. You'll have chances to spot the Big Five: lions, buffalo, leopards, rhinos, and elephants throughout the park. You'll also visit the Amboseli Elephant Research Centre to learn how elephant families work and understand their life cycles. Finish with dinner and spend the night at your lodge.
