My driver/guide was Ronald and he was wonderful. He made sure I was picked up promptly and taken to my appropriate locations, including covid test sites. He answered any questions I had without hesitation. As a solo traveler, I felt safe knowing that he was familiar with the area. My wife and I went on the three days gorillas trekking tour in Rwanda. Booking was easy as Devine staff was always available and helpful. Our driver guide Chris picked us from Keys hotel in Kigali punctually and he is a great guy. He made our trip interesting with his vast knowledge of flora, fauna, history, culture and was not elusive about the country’s sad past. We started with Akagera National Park seeing elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife species. Gorillas Trekking in Volcanoes National Park was very special. Trekking for 3 hours in the forested trails with Chris and an armed guard from the parks was quite rigorous but when we finally sighted gorillas it was an awesome experience. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Devine African Safaris Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
