  Saw the big 5 and many others in a quick-fire tour of Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The trip included a guide who pointed out many species and bird names (more background information would have been good). Also included a cook who was a lot of fun and prepared great food. Camping was a bit rough - sleeping bags provided, but no pillows. Overall this is a trustworthy operation with good people, but there were planning errors that can be ironed out. No breakfast on one morning, bad time management meant racing on dirt tracks at least twice. You won't see cheetah on this itinerary, and seeing rhino is touch-and-go.Show more

  Thank you for your feedback Eric, i would like to point out a few things 1st, with this itinerary you can see cheetah's but on a safari it is a game of chances its all down to nature & the animals 2, the permits are valid for 24hrs meaning the check in time is the check out ime for the next day so, the trip is set to check out regardless of seeing the rhino or not (as we cant stay any longer with a budget tour as only 1 permit is paid for) 3. The 1st morning in serengeti our programs opts for coffee/tea then going out for an early morning game drive (sunrise game drive) and coming back for brunch. Why is this, Your chef goes with you to serengeti & head to campsite with you after sunset he prepare meals, waits for you to be done, clean the dishes that mostly almost mid night, so waking up early enough for proper breakfast & still being in time for a sunrise game drive means he gets 3 - 4 hours sleep. I will inform chef to always let clients make the choice between sunrise game drive or to wait a little bit for proper breakfast

  This tour exceeded my expectations at a very competitive price point. Office communication was excellent (Elsie and Chantelle), tents were in great shape, everything unfolded on time. No doubt though that the fantastic skills and warm kindness of Jason and Steve made the experience. Jason could spy an animal in the grass like his eyes are binos, he's all over organization, and he's a superb driver. Steve helped on all points, but best of all kept us exceedingly well fed. Can't say enough about this team. Thank you for making my short tour richly rewarding, making the absolute most of the time I had.Show more

  The Safari was great, the organization amazing and the attention from the agent, the guide and the cook was incredible. I was in touch with Bryson before i traveled because I had so many questions as it was my first safari and I was also traveling alone. He advised me which pack would be the best to see more animals during October and explained to me everything. When I reached Arusha he contacted me also to make sure everything was good and during the trip the guide and the cook took very good care of us and always letting us decide what we wanted to see, how long we wanted to stay in each place to watch the animals... everything was more than perfect. I would book with them again and again. Their prices are the best online and in person compared to all other companies. Im very happy i did the Safari with them.Show more

  My friend and I did a 3 day Serengeti and Ngorongoro camping safari and had the experience of a lifetime. Bryson was super helpful and friendly helping us organise our trip and other transport while we were in Arusha. Our game driver was brilliant and we even got to visit the Maasai tribe. If you’re looking for a once in a lifetime trip - this is the way to go!Show more
