  My partner and I did the 8-day Lemosho route with Almighty Kilimanjaro, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Swaleh and his team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made what was a tough 8-day hike as easy as it could possibly be for us. Everyone had a smile on their face, and you could tell they genuinely wanted us to reach the summit, whatever it took. On summit night they even offered to carry our day bags so we didn’t have any strain on our backs, which made a huge difference when it mattered most. It also happened to be my birthday while we were on the mountain. My partner had mentioned it to Swaleh in passing the day before, and he clearly took note. That evening, before dinner, the whole team came out singing happy birthday and presented me with a proper birthday cake. How they managed to bake a cake at 4,500m above sea level I’ll never know, but I was seriously impressed 🤣 If you’re thinking about climbing Kilimanjaro, I can’t recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro highly enough.   My Son and I have just completed the 8 day Lemosho Route Kilimanjaro with Almighty Kilimanjaro and the entire experience was superb. The mountain crew were fantastic and went above and beyond our expectations. Our guides Muntari and Amani were incredibly professional, fun, knowledgeable and safety focused, monitoring our health everyday. The food was also amazing, delicious and plentiful, served by our wonderful waiter Babu and there was a constant reliable source of clean drinking water. We took a toilet (highly recommended! & thank you Rashid). We cant thank this company and wonderful crew enough.Show more

  An absolutely amazing experience climbing Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route with Almighty. Every member of staff went consistently above and beyond to ensure our safety and satisfaction. The porters did an amazing job carrying all of the gear and always had camp set up for us before we got there. The chefs managed to make great food despite the confines of space and being on the side of a rather large mountain! The guides were always conversational and friendly and more than happy to help us in any way they could such as carrying day packs for those who were struggling more on the climb. Our group always felt safe and supported and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this trip. Thank you for such a great time. From the outset, the guide and porter team provided exceptional service and guidance, ensuring all our needs were met and thoroughly briefing us on the daily itinerary and preparations. We received three high-calorie meals each day, toilet and wash facility, and the team diligently monitored our hydration and ensured we wore appropriate gear for a safe ascent. Their continuous encouragement was invaluable in maintaining high motivation during the more challenging stages of the climb. The group's 100% summit success rate is a testament to Almighty's capability, making them a highly recommended choice for anyone planning to ascend Africa's highest peak.   Fantastic trek to the roof of Africa with my son organised by The Adventure People and Almighty Kilimanjaro. Everything was organised to perfection and the guides and porters were excellent. The communication and support was brilliant from start to finish. A special mention must go to Amiri who was constantly checking on me every hour and checking my oxygen levels through the entire night when I was sick on day 4 from the altitude. Also a big thank you to Swalehe who constantly motivated the whole team and supported me the whole way after being sick, even carrying my day pack. I don’t think I would have made it to the summit without Amiri and Swalehe. The other guides and porters were also very helpful and supportive and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely book with this company again in the future.Show more

  Climbing to the summit of Kilimanjaro on the Lomosho route was truly a journey of a lifetime, and that is largely thanks to the phenomenal team From Almighty Kilimanjaro has on the ground. I cannot speak highly enough of the expertise and kindness of the crew. Swalehe, Shabani, Babu, and Jonasi were exceptional guides—their deep knowledge and careful pacing gave our entire group total confidence, even when the trekking got tough. The level of thoughtfulness from the rest of the team was equally important; Swalehe, Babu, and Jonasi were so attentive and made each camp feel like home every single day. Additionally, the energy and encouragement from the entire group of guides really kept our spirits high during the summit push. They are all such wonderful humans. As for the safari, it was the perfect way to wrap up the trip. Our guide Cleva, was simply outstanding. His in-depth knowledge of the wildlife and the ecosystem was impressive, but it was his fantastic sense of humor that made the experience so memorable. He kept us laughing and engaged the entire time, making even the longest drives feel like a highlight of the day.Show more

  I want to express my great gratitude to the tour company for the beautifully organized climbing of Kilimanjaro! It was one of the most vivid and memorable adventures of my life. From the outset, there was a high level of professionalism: competent advice before travel, assistance with preparation and attention to detail. On the route, the team of guides and attendants proved to be at their best - they were not only experienced and reliable, but also incredibly supportive, which is especially important in such moments. I would like to mention separately the excellent organization of the camps, food and security concerns. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, so you could focus on the climb itself and enjoy the stunning scenery. The climb to the top was a real challenge, but thanks to the support of the team, it was not only possible but also inspiring. The emotions I felt at the top cannot be put into words!   A truly wonderful experience from start to end, coming from Singapore, a really busy city with lots of buildings and no mountains here. My first experience ever climbing a mountain with my wife (also her first time). The Head Guide John from Almighty was really professional and experienced, from his briefings, safety briefings, expert guidance and understanding symptoms of Altitude sickness etc made us feel safe in his hands. Also leading a superb team of chef and porters who are really hard working and strong, truly admire their resilience and also “happy go lucky” attitudes despite their tough jobs. Really didn’t think we could make it to the summit at Stella Point as I was suffering from fever, nausea, diarrhea etc and my wife was experiencing some difficulty breathing. We weren’t too used to the altitude, but our guide managed to push us through while still being very cautious about our symptoms and constantly checking in on us during Summit Night. After many long hours, we finally made it to Stella Point and that too us was really amazing as we just stood there and enjoyed the views surrounding us, thinking that we weren’t gonna make it tbh. Sunrise was beautiful and we were in awe of the views surrounding us. Highly recommend Almighty as they are affordable and truly professional for a locally owned Tanzanian Operator.Show more
