We are a group of six travellers — 4 adults and 2 children/teenagers — travelling to Morocco. We are looking for a private, comfortable/luxury tour with a dedicated driver and vehicle. A full day in Marrakech is essential to us. We would like to visit the following places: Casablanca → Chefchaouen → Fes → Sahara/Erg Chebbi → Aït Benhaddou → Marrakech. Visiting the interior of Hassan II Mosque is important to us. In Merzouga we would like: 4WD/camel transfer into the desert, Sunset camel experience, Sandboarding, Sunset over Erg Chebbi, Dinner, Berber music/drumming, Stargazing if conditions permit. Overnight in a genuine luxury desert camp with private/en-suite bathroom and hot shower. Our preference is a Mercedes V-Class or equivalent vehicle. We would like comfortable, high-quality accommodation with Moroccan character. Our priorities are: Excellent reviews, Private bathrooms, Air conditioning, Comfortable beds, Good locations, Quality breakfast. For the Sahara, please provide the name of the proposed luxury camp and confirm that the tents have private bathrooms and hot showers. Please include: Private guide in Chefchaouen, Private guide in Fes, Guiding visit inside Hassan II Mosque, Private/local guide at Aït Benhaddou if recommended, Sahara camel experience, Sandboarding, 4WD desert transfers, Berber music/drumming. We are travelling with two younger members of the family, so please also recommend any particularly enjoyable activities for them. Please clearly specify which meals are included. We expect breakfast at the accommodations and dinner where appropriate, particularly at the Sahara camp. We do not necessarily need every lunch included, as we prefer some flexibility to stop at good local restaurants.

The only things that were difficult and reduced our review rating was the condition of the transport van and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive and also that there wasn't even a fan available in the glamping tent in the Sahara, even though they were described as a "Luxury Tent" and it was a stifling 35-38 degrees inside the tent overnight.Show more

  We have been working on the itinerary, and please note that some of these distances are quite long. We would therefore like to propose the following itinerary, which we believe will allow you to enjoy the trip more comfortably and avoid spending too much time on the road. Day 1 – Casablanca to Fes: We suggest starting with a city tour of Casablanca and then continuing to Fes, where you will spend the night. Day 2 – Fes: Enjoy a full-day city tour of Fes and spend the night there. Day 3 – Fes to Merzouga: Head towards Merzouga with the necessary stops along the way, before continuing to Merzouga for the night at the camp. Day 4 – Merzouga to Ouarzazate: Instead of going directly from Merzouga to Marrakech, we recommend stopping in Ouarzazate with the necessary stops along the way, including a visit to Aït Ben Haddou and spending the night there. This will make the journey much more enjoyable and less tiring. Day 5 – Ouarzazate to Marrakech: Continue directly from Ouarzazate to Marrakech and enjoy a city tour of Marrakech upon arrival. Day 6 – Departure: Departure transfer according to your flight schedule. We believe this version will provide a much more comfortable experience, as the direct drives between some of these destinations are quite long.
