  The cruise is not as the travel agency listed 5 Star Deluxe, but just 5 Star (3 categories of Nile cruises: 5 Star, 5 Star Deluxe, 5 Star Deluxe Plus). We paid for 5 Star Deluxe, but the cruise and the the service we get do not match Deluxe. This is also confirmed by the local guide accompanying us the trip. The price for this type of cruise should be in a $600 range, not $750 as we paid. Since your reply was not friendly, honest, and much of it are false statements, I have to say more explicit and be clear here. 1) The cruise MS. Zaina, as our very experienced guide told us, is not matching the level of 5 Star Deluxe. The crew are nice, but the food is not good, which other guests agreed. The toilette is bad. Water leaks days and nights and not only in our cabinet. We heard complaints from others as well. At the 3rd night, the flush button was jetted out by water pressure, and massive water shot into the cabinet making the place almost a swim pool and me entirely wet. I did not state this situation in the review in order not to embarrass you and, besides, this was not your fault. However, clearly the ship is not as good as many others, The guide has around 20 years experience in this business, and almost took all cruises along the Nile. He said MS. Zaina is not matching the level of 5 Star Deluxe. And surely we believe him, also partly owing to our own experience and that of other guests. 2) Our guide is not from your company directly, but you sold the trip to a third party local company in Luxor. The guide is good, and we appreciate his work, but he is not from you. Our comment saying the tour was good is towards his work, not you. Besides, we did not notice it was recorded as a video to send to you. Otherwise we would consider this is an offense of privacy. But this is not a matter. We did not have any critiques of the "poor guide" during the trip as you stated as you "resolved all this". This is ridiculous and a very false statement. We have good relationship with our guide from the local third party company that you sold the trip to. 3) The private tour to Abu Simbel after the cruise that we booked with another travel agency has nothing to do with you. And who said that we had "many problems" with them? This is also fake. The Abu Simbel tour we paid in $200-250 range, and you tried to charge us 260Euro, i.e. $280, including 50Euro late checkout fee. We said we could bring the luggage to the car without late checkout, but you still insisted to charge 260Euro ($280). Because you are greedy, so we decided not to go with you, but another company instead. 4) We never booked Flight Balloon at all. We never liked this kind of adventure. This is a false statement again. 5) The return flight with Egypt Air was all right. Why do you state "the time and dates was [were] all incorrect"? Do you think us, who spend 3 months every year on business travels, are incompetent? We changed the flight to an early one on the same day, because the previous booked one MS392 delays frequently and we tried not to risk missing the next international flight (indeed it delayed). The guide brought us to the Egypt Air office in Luxor by our request and we changed the flight ourselves at the desk. His help was thankful, but again, he is not from your company but from a local company that you sold the trip to. This kind individual assist was not under your guidance and has nothing to do with you. Therefore, you take no credit on this for sure. Here I also like to make two additional statements publicly. 1) The itinerary of the so called "5 day - 4 night" is false. In fact, it is 4 days 4 nights. At 8am of the 5th day guests have to leave the cruise and finish the tour. There is no tour to Abu Simbel for 210 Euro on the 5th day, although the title is "Day 5: Aswan - Abu Simbel". It is only an alternative on the 4th day, replacing Aswan High Dam, Temple of Philae and the unfinished Obelisk. At least it has been so. (It is stated as an option both on the 4th day and the 5th day.) We were attracted by the false statement of the itinerary that we were supposed to have the visit in Aswan on "Day 4: Aswan Nile Cruise", and optional Abu Simbel on "Day 5: Aswan - Abu Simbel". However, after we booked and contacted the company, we were told the Abu Simbel tour was only for Day 4. After negotiation, they said they could arrange an additional tour for 260 Euro as an exception for Day 5 as stated above. If the itinerary had not be so false and misleading, and appeared unique and different from other companies', we would have booked the same tour (4 days 4 nights) with other companies with better reputations and reviews, such as Luxor and Aswan Travel, etc. At least, other companies honestly state "Day 5: Disembarkation from Cruise - Departure to Cairo" and the deluxe cruise price is fairer in a below $700 range. Most of them run exactly the same programs with various ships. 2) This company should improve their English a lot. Surely, not every tourist agent in Egypt speaks perfect English, and there should not be high demand of asking them to respond with correct English. However, at least, they should enhance their English on their webpage for their formal programs and statements, such as not spelling simple word "two" as "tow" every time besides many other obvious grammatical and misspelling errors. This also reflects the attitude and seriousness towards customers. The two statements I made above are genuine, truthful, and reliable. Ibermundo Travel Egypt may modify the content of their webpage in the future. However, I have kept original screenshots of the webpage and transcripts of conversation as trustable proofs.Show more

(IT WAS ON OF THE BEST NILE CRUISE MS, ZAINA) IT WAS PUBLISH IN THE WEBSITE. You are asking the price of visit Abu Simbel, we give the price, but brought that from other company in Aswan And we know ou have problems with them so it was not in private but with other tourists. but we were offered to you in private so it is not our problem your dissection. You are booked your flight with Egyptair and also we know you had problems with them so it had to change the time of back to cairo , etc but our company helps you to solve your problems. also, you are booked the balloon flight in Luxor but it was out of consulting so your time it was not matching with our tours in Luxor, also we company have solved this problem also. And many problems with the guide in the cruise about anything you want doing in that cruise. We have a video from you said that are confirmed that the tour was good and everything good. If TourRadar gives us the permission we but that attached with your comment So the resume of your problems but not with us So are looking at the price minimum or very cheapest to pay with us put you are booking all that without our responsibility like: Your booked the Visits Abou Simbel from other company and have many problems with them, Not our problem. Your booked domestic flight by yourself with EgyptAir and the time and dates of back to cairo it was all incorrect, not our error, but our company helped you to resolve your problems. You've booked the flight ballon you paid 135$ per person from other company in Luxor also you not asking your guide if that matching with you tours or not, also we resolve this problem and we change some tour and time to you get the balloon tours.
